I’ve been getting my nails done every other week since I could walk. I just moved here and went to the closest nail salon possible. This girl I get is absolutely unable to do an almond shape nail she’s making my nails shorter and rounder each second. I’m so miserable and vocal about it a new tech takes over. She does well. I come back and they give me to the girl who can’t do nails. I’m absolutely miserable again it took 90 minutes for her to make my nails round and do two coats of polish. I said I wish my nails weren’t round or see thru and she ignored me. A passing tech says I would look prettier if I smiled (ask me if I’m okay instead?)and teased the dog hair on my clothes. Knowing she knew I didn’t like that girl last time. Ultimately I decided to never go back that day. But as my nails chipped more and more I said to myself this is 92$ they should fix it. So on the 8th day I called for help and this is when they became the ugliest people you could imagine. Horrible...

The experience was okay until I paid. The atmosphere is not the best, they need to remodel or hopefully in the middle of it. The nail tech was actually really good with the overall nail but I picked a polish that looked like glitter and thought was pretty. Was never told it would be extra for choosing that polish. When I go to pay they said an extra $15. I asked for what? They said for chrome. I didn't request chrome and this is most definitely not chrome. They said would you like me to make it shiny like chrome. I said, well if you have to make it shiny like chrome then it's not chrome and I don't feel I should be charged for something I didn't ask for or don't have. My first time here was yesterday 6/28/24. I called early morning (on a Saturday!) and was able to get an appointment at 1pm. Came in and was sat for my pedi in less than 5 minutes. The pedi I got was the CBD hot/cold pedi AND LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING THING IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The massage was excellent! Then I sat down for my fill and the full was amazing. The polish (I wanted a design) was not so great. I did express I wasn’t in love with my nails & they did everything possible to make sure I left there happy. They re-did my polish and design and I instantly was in love with my second polish. It was exactly what I pictured it to be.
