I have a correction. Technically you need a permit to use the ramada . if alcohol is present there is a permit that needs to be obtained it is 10-15 dollars . it can be obtained on the second floor of the tempe library located on the south west corner of rural and southern. This information is directly from the armed security guards that patrol and are almost always present at this park.
