Sorry below post was an experience of a friend of mine, but with his experience I won't be making any take out orders from this store. Mr Wilson should be fired! Went to my son birthday get together at native on Broadway in Tempe. While there the table we seated at were stickier then a lollipop out of a three year olds mouth, had the sever rewipe the tables and were even more sticky ! My future daughter-in -law kept saying sorry that she had called a week prior to us coming into make reservations to make sure they would have tables set up for the twenty of us and adequate severs to take care of our party. But to no avail nothing was prepared or written down or even done for the number of people that were need to prepare the number were coming in. In fact the one sever ( Joshua) tried to accomplish taking care of us all. After orders were taken our food came out in different order then they were taken, food over cooked, food under cooked! Asked to speak to the manager in the highest position, and out came the gm(general manager) mike Wilson who came across combative, arguetive,with a excuse for every problem we had while being customer at his restaurant . The list of problem are as following- took a reservation the told once there they don't do reservations, tables sticky- table wiped more than once and still sticky, food ordered then coming out in different order time and after others that arrived after us, told of bad/over cooked/ rock hard boneless chicken- told got a message that they was a problem with the 10 min. Ago but nothing done til we asked , also didn't refund but was told he would cook us more.... If they are bad from supplier why would I want more? Ask for a well done hamburger come out medium - told I'll make you another, then told "no" I guess I'll take it off your bill. After Mr.Wilson's rudeness, lying, careless, care of his business, and customers I ask all my friends to also let the powers to be know this not wrong but uncalled for by Mr.Wilson. As a manager he should be a example to his employees, and want to make sure that his customer want to come back to a business where they get good/great service, food, and atmosphere! With Mr.wilson at the helm I or my family will never return, and will ask my friends to not be customer at this location! Read moreMe and my family decided to pay a visit to this location.I wish I could say it was a good experience. During our visit my 11 year old went to the restroom and when she returned she informed me that she was stuck by the door when a waitress walked in. My child had a Red mark on her forhead. I figured being a business that it was a matter of time before the manager would come over to insure that she was okay well safe to say that did not happen. I informed my waitress of the incident in the hope that she would inform her manager no instead she proceed to take another tables order and I had to wave down a manager to inform her. her only question was do we know which waitress hit her with the door and that she would be talking to her.then 15 to 20 min later another manager came out asked what happened I explained for the 3rd time he asked if I wanted to document the incident I said yes. In the case that my child would need to go to the hospital. It took 15 more minutes for that manager to return with the document. He walked away never offering medical attention or giving me any information regarding the document. When I was done feeling it out he walked away no apology .while at dinner my child started developing symptoms of a concusion I informed the female manager that we would be taking my child to the er there was no concern or or since of urgancy for my child. When I reached out from the hospital to inform them of her prognoses I got a very cold response from the female manager I was informed that the gm would be in at 8am I was to call him that they were not allowed to give me any information regarding the franchise or employee involved and that they are not allowed to speak to me .that the insurance company would be in contact with me in the morning. It amazes me that this company claims to be family friendly but cant seem to live up to that. How could they be so heartless to the patrons who keep there doors open.i will never return...
Read moreI used to love coming to this place, but after my experience today, I’ll never be back here again due to the worst service I’ve ever experience in my life (literally)!!! On 3/11/25, sometime between 3PM - 3:15PM, I arrived at the restaurant, walked in, waited to be seated, was looked at by 4 people working that shift (including the female manager that was on duty who refused to offer her name), and waited for 5 to 10 minutes to be seated (mind you, they weren’t busy at all)!!!! When I was finally seated by this manager who seemed completely unenthusiastic whatsoever about her job, Shane who was the waiter for my section, spoke to a table right next to me, once again looked towards my direction, didn’t address me at all, went to to the kitchen, then went to the bathroom and once again I sat there pointlessly!! I had walk to where the manager was prioritizing the packaging of maybe one or two ordinary looking to go orders and ask her what was going on and why I’m not being waited on and complained about the fact that there was zero sense of urgency to greet on wait on people here!! She simply smirked at me and said “Umm.. you didn’t have to wait that long,” turned her back and walked back off to the kitchen!!! I left!!! Then I called the restaurant asking for a manager . The same female that turned her back on me and expressed zero sense of urgency to greet me and seat me upon arriving to the restaurant and failed to make sure I was waited on and preferred to prioritize packaging a small to go order or two and walk back and forth to the kitchen doing nothing but looking busy, replies “I am the manager. I know who you are, you’re the same guy that just walked out, and my name is none of your business,” and hung up!!! Whoever she is, she clearly doesn’t like her job! Neither did the waiter: Shane!!
