Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Tempe

I stopped by and ordered an iced cold brew—a sweet caramel cold brew with the protein cold foam—along with a Kid’s Combo that was supposed to come with a strawberry smoothie and pretzels. Instead, I received a cotton candy smoothie, and the pretzels were short by one (only two instead of three).

The pretzels were disappointing—cold, a bit stale, and not worth getting. I’d recommend skipping them. As for the cotton candy smoothie, it was extremely sweet, and I honestly have no idea if there’s any fruit in it at all.

The protein cold foam boasts 13 grams of protein, but don’t let that fool you—it also contains 12 grams of sugar and 12 carbs, making it more of a dessert than a health-conscious choice.

On the bright side, the cold brew itself was quite good. It had a nice nutty flavor with slightly sweet undertones, and the best part? More coffee than ice, which is rare for fast-food coffee spots.

One major highlight is the Kid’s Combo, which is an excellent value at just $5. It includes a drink, pretzels, a silly straw, a pair of quids glasses, and a puzzle—lots of fun extras for the price!

Overall, the coffee was solid, the Kid’s Combo was a great deal, but attention to order accuracy and food quality could use some...

i cannot say enough good things about scooters! not only is the staff at this location super friendly and quick with your drinks, their corporate team is amazing as well. i had a situation where i used my points to get a free drink but ended up not being able to go pick up the drink. i submitted a help ticket on the app to simply ask for the points back, instead they gave me a refund of the drink to my account and a $10 e-gift card. they truly care about their customers and have amazing customer service. i will ALWAYS recommend scooters to anyone who loves delicious coffee and...

8/23 Im so done going to this scooters. I wrote a negative review before but deleted because I felt bad, but this is ridiculous. EVERY time I go in the morning before work something goes wrong.

Like today, I’ve been looking forward to my coffee all morning, I put a mobile order in, I got there waited about 10 minutes to get my coffee and this is what I receive…. once I got to work I realized it’s not even what I order nor does it even taste good!

I’m not going to waste my time getting coffee...
