This restaurant blew my mind. The food is good, not with the food quality but with something more important. This was only my second time ordering from them and I’m a sucker for a good Philly cheesesteak! But I can’t eat bread so I wrote in the notes no bread please. I receive my order of the cheesesteak and wings and I see a long note attached to the Philly stating that they included extra cheesesteak and wings because I didn’t get any bread to make sure I’m happy and full! In a world of doing only what’s good for the bottom line I honestly thought service like this was long extinct. This review isn’t for the extra food they sent but for the thought and care they clearly displayed regardless of the cost to themselves and to their bottom line for the sole purpose of making sure I would get full off the meal. East Coast and Philadelphia suburb native here and I’ve had the best of the best cheesesteaks from your Tourist chains to your hole in the wall corner store cheesesteaks. My opinion has changed within the hour. I ordered this food on DoorDash and my first initial bite. It was delicious; however, do not let this sit, especially if You are adding cheese whiz. The cheese whiz tasted like its imitation. Looking at the cheese whiz, it’s a little too dark in color. Overly salted, I did not taste any pepper, but then again there was no option for salt and pepper on this cheesesteak which gave the cook room to be heavy-handed. First experience and probably last. Was impressed by the reviews so figured why not. Maybe it was an off night. Paid about 15 dollars for a large fry and large onion ring?? Sooo I guess it’s about a dollar a ring? Hardley any fry’s came in the order. Asked for one of the 4 phillys I ordered with no onions, all 4 came with peppers and onions. A little disappointed to say the least AND I tipped 20%
