I have been shopping at Holy Cow for years and have always been so happy with everything, all around. The prices are fair, they have everything you need but the people working there lack serious customer service skills. I went in there to buy a new torch the other night. It was a $15 scorch torch and the very next day it just stopped working. No butane was coming out of it so it wasn’t igniting a flame. I took it back in and the same guy that sold it to me told me I dropped it and I could just buy another one. First off I didn’t drop it. There is clearly something going on inside of it because you can’t hear the butane coming out when it’s full. So he obviously knows nothing about torches, he kept focusing on the fact that he thinks I dropped it so there was nothing he could do for me, other than giving me a piece of shit $3 torch in exchange for my scorch torch. I’m sorry but as a business owner myself I would have just swapped it out for a new one to keep the customer but a $14.99 dollar torch was worth losing a lifetime customer. SMH.
