Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Temple City

Twice in the past few times I've been there, they have somehow lost my order. Only after 20+ minutes of waiting and me going to the counter to ask what's taking so long, does the manager explain to me that somehow my order never showed up on the screen in the back where they make the orders! Once is forgivable, things happen, technology screws up, but twice? No way! I will now be driving to the 2nd closest location to me from now on. I should note, that in both instances, the manager made it right by refunding my money, but again, only after a 20 minute wait for food and me having to track it down. Fix your ordering...

Went to LA for dinner and then left then obviously had to pee ... stopped at 7-11 and am pm nooooo where could I buy something and go omg

Bathroom was clean by the way! It indeed have toilet paper and seat covers as well. I'm so much happy I didn't have an accident lol :)

The Temple City location suuuuuuuucks. To prove my point, it took two employees to give me this side of mayo. The employee I asked (Lizeth) was shoulder to shoulder with another employee (let's name her Bertha) that "filled" this sauce container.

Update 12/17: Now this location will charge you an additional cost if you want mayo, but the shady thing is the additional charge is not on the receipt. There's no proof that it is a store requirement because there technically is not a charge made in the register. Guess the employees really need a...
