although I have been to this McDonald's several other occasions over the past 7 years, last Sunday was the worst service I've ever had, it was already little over 20 minutes and I still have not been brought over my breakfast, therefore I walked up to the counter to find out what was happening with my breakfast mind you there was all kinds of employees running around the back kitchen filling orders I asked how much longer do I have to wait for my order check out my receipt it's already over 20 minutes and I haven't been brought my breakfast it's never taken this long, I didn't ask for the manager she looked at the receipt and noticed the time was correct what I told her she asked to get my order together they were barely going to just start it to pull it together, he read it out loud I even heard her say English muffin well done and yet when they brought it to me the English muffin was not well done I had one strawberry pie and an apple pie that's not what I ordered & yet unbelievable they got it wrong, right from the get-go I ordered a medium and a large Sprite, with two apple turnovers, the deluxe big breakfast with three pancakes, sausage, bacon, hash browns, English muffin, I asked for my English muffin to be well done, I wanted it crispy, basically they just ran through the toaster twice,... The manager said can I have your card I'll give you a refund no I don't want a refund I came here to eat breakfast I want my breakfast I just don't understand what's taking so long, told me it won't be much longer, it's now half hour later, I get my breakfast shortly thereafter, they brought me my breakfast I can see the English muffin was not well done crispy I walk back over to the counter to speak to Wendy the manager, older this English muffin is not well done she grabs my whole breakfast and pulls it away and I said, I'm hungry I want to start eating just take the muffin and bring me back a well-done English muffin, I was really upset after eating which I did not enjoy my breakfast after just before I left I thought I would stop and have a few more words with her, to find out what is the problem I don't understand why did it take so long today she says they were short-handed although there were several people running around the back kitchen I don't see how they were short-handed there must have been about 10 or 12 people back there,. she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and the lousy service I had there, the manager Wendy was no help whatsoever she made me wait she look up and acknowledge me three times as I waited an extra 15 minutes and she knew I was waiting to speak to her, this was on my way out the door, she is in no position to be a manager whatsoever who made her manager I don't understand I will think twice before visiting this McDonald's ever once again 😵😵😵😵😵👎👎👎👎👎 SEQ# 077728 AID:....

It is one the worst run establishments I've ever visited in my life & I will no longer be visiting. I have completed numerous of their online surveys with no obvious signs of improvement which tells me 1 of 2 things. A) McDonald's does not actually care about the customer service aspects of the surveys & only cares about money making issues like ensuring employees asked about app usage or B) the location ignores any feedback received from these surveys with the hopes that corporate doesn't catch on.
Today I ordered a sausage McGriddle. The receipt showed I was charged for a sausage mcgriddle. The sandwich was wrapped as a sausage mcgriddle. When unwrapping the sandwich at home I discover it was a chicken mcgriddle. This is NOT the first time this has happened. Once is understandable. But twice is unacceptable. How is that mistake even made on multiple occasions. What would make any person confuse sausage with chicken? Combined with the horrible wait times & outrages prices (especially when places like In N Out can keep their prices low while paying their employees more), I'm done. As much as I love McDonalds breakfast, it just isn't worth the time & frustration anymore. McDonalds reputation was built on 2 things, affordable food & speedy service. With both those standards no longer a priority, their constant mistakes make this particular location not worth giving your time & especially money to at ALL.

Read moreThis McDonald's was filthy! My granddaughter myself and a friend and her daughter went to this McDonald's on Friday, 2/24 At 10 pm. Temple City was having their Camellia festival this weekend. Our order took longer than usual to prepare. The fountain drink area was a mess! The drink lids were scattered, bent and some drink lids were not available. There was no ketchup dispenser and ketchup cups were also scattered. The straw papers were strewn about. There were at least 6 tables that were full of trash. It the customers did not pick up after themselves and neither did the McDonald's staff. I took my granddaughter to the restroom and the women's restroom was a mess! It looked like restroom that you would expect to see at a gas station! I went to the counter and asked for the manager. I complained about the store and his response was their store had an inspection today so most of the employees were scheduled to work during the day! He did apologize, but nobody made an effort to clean up, restock the drink area. The Camellia Festival had been advertised for at least 4 weeks, so I believe the store should have anticipated being busier with this event and scheduled more people to work. The restaurant was Not crowded! Okay I d good thing about my visit today...
