Absolutely amazing service, food, cleanliness, and incredible employee morale.

I was recently diagnosed with a severe food allergy, which has made it extremely difficult to eat out anywhere safely. I am currently traveling for work, and cooking at home is obviously not an option.

I told the first employee that helped me about the allergy, and he immediately started checking ingredients for. First Taylor, then Jordan, then Adam, then their manager Tony all stopped what they were doing and CHECKED EVERYTHING to make sure I would be safe. It seemed like it took all of 90 seconds, and they were done.

I HAVE NEVER experienced anything like that before. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe how I felt to eat here. Their devotion was breathtaking, and I felt completely safe eating here.

Then Sahbrina came in with the drink recommendations that were spot on!

When I sat down to eat, the food was incredible, fresh tasting, and bursting with flavor. The salsas were sensational, and I couldn't stop eating them.

As I ate my food, I couldn't help but notice how happy all the employees were. They all seemed to want to be here, engaged with customers, and were supportive of each other. That simply isn't something you see nowadays, especially from a staff so young.

I don't know what this restaurant or the managers are doing at this store, but it should be a model for other stores and restaurants throughout the country.

This team deserves a hell of a lot of praise.

If excellence had a name, it would probably be Alex. And if mild chaos, unmatched snack hoarding, and randomly quoting obscure movie lines during serious meetings also had a name… yep, still Alex.

Productivity: Alex gets things done faster than a squirrel on espresso. Whether it’s tackling deadlines or fixing a broken printer by glaring at it intensely until it submits, Alex makes it happen. We’re not sure how—but we’ve learned not to question the magic.

Teamwork: A true team player. Always the first to respond with a thumbs-up emoji, and somehow convinces the group to get coffee mid-crisis while still solving said crisis. Has single-handedly prevented at least three nervous breakdowns with well-timed sarcasm and leftover cupcakes.

Communication: Crystal clear… when not speaking in memes. Seriously though, Alex is articulate, thoughtful, and once explained a complex project using only sock puppets and still made more sense than the original PowerPoint. A true communicator of the people.

Punctuality: Alex arrives exactly when they mean to. Sometimes early, sometimes “creative timing,” but always with a dramatic entrance and a story that’s somehow inspiring and completely unrelated.

Attitude: Unshakably positive—even when the coffee machine betrayed us, the Wi-Fi died, and the intern accidentally deleted the shared drive. Alex smiled, said “Well, it builds character,” and calmly fixed it all like some kind of...

Was really excited to try this place because of the reviews, shocked to see someone say it’s better than chipotle… the staff was very disorganized - it seemed like it was everyone’s first day. I tried to order the nachos and my sister ordered the quesadilla, they put very little meat on the quesadilla and then when pulled it out was unsure how to package it, for my nachos very little cheese and meat, i ended up asking for double serving for nothing because they proceeded to burn it and then right in front of me pick off the top and continue forward as if nothing happened. I didn’t even try the food, they were taking so long to handle the people in front of me who had also ordered a quesadilla which was just left sitting there. Even after trying to help them ourselves by letting them know the quesadilla belonged to the people in front, they were still confused. Our food was unnecessarily just waiting there, and honestly with the service the presentation the amount for the price… I said, never mind. Maybe will try again another time but not looking...
