Slow start with misses! Or... I'm thinking Cheech and Chong are running this place. It definitely is a comedic show.
I was excited to try a place i haven't been before...
Not a good experience unfortunately. When we drove up, the employees were sitting out back (think it was them)... Because no one was in the store đ .. definitely them they were back outside. I'd like to point out that they did not wash their hands when they did come in from smoking.
The young man at the register seemed to struggle with my order. I wanted a wrap, just chicken and cheese and tossed in a particular sauce. Well, .... That didn't happen. đ He was still trying to comprehend what was wrong with the sandwich... But nowadays what can you say when everyone has a medical card lol
Well here we are with the second sandwich... And it's still wrong. I guess ordering just meat and cheese is super hard.
Especially with the game of telephone with the kid that might just be strung out...
Taste of the food. The chicken was good. The fries waffle fries were decent.
I bought extra sauces and they all taste like pickle juice... Plus the sauces were not even half full. You're paying close to a dollar for the extra sauces and they're not filling them. They're containers for their food... They are the expensive ones like at longhorn or Olive garden. If you want to save money, I'd save it there... Not with my sauce.
And it's unfortunate... Cuz I might not stop here when I'm on my way to my doctor's appointment next time. I do not want to repeat of today.
So did they resolve this sandwich that was wrong.. I did not ask after the second sandwich. It would be pointless. And I had to leave for my doctor's appointment. I came here with an hour to spare... And all that...
   Read moreI visited the store early morning at around 1:30 am on Aug 2, 2024. Whoever was working the register at that time needs a new job. While we were ordering he kept cutting us off halfway to give us our total when we weren't done, we ended up placing like 5 separate orders because of this. While we were ordering he was too busy on his phone and listening to who/whatever in his airpods, because he was preoccupied he couldn't accurately take our orders. One of our orders was supposed to be plain wings w the sauce on the side and when we got it, it was dressed w sauce and it was on the side. I can believe miscommunication being the reason for the mess up, but the cashier sat there and argued about what we ordered instead of just fixing the issue AND THEN he rolled his eyes before taking the mess up to be fixed. He made it seem like he didnt want to find a solution. That is just completely uncalled for so I yelled at him. I said why are you arguing and why are you rolling your eyes, there's no need for that. And then he wanted to argue w me about arguing about the order. You can either remake it or you can refund, regardless you dont need to argue. I'm sure he doesn't get paid enough to get yelled at and he definitely doesn't get paid enough to argue w customers especially if he can't even pay his full attention when...
   Read moreI come to this place pretty often and the one time I see a new face behind the counter it was immediately a new experience. I wasnât greeted as I stepped to the counter. My order was rushed and not taken properly. I received my order a bit quicker than usual and it was not what I asked for. They have a flavor for the wings for you to choose for the purpose of tossing your wings in the sauce. Instead I received overcooked wings and a side of the sauce that should have been on the wings.
Another guy at the register overheard so he had to verify his order was taken correctly (which is wasnât)
I explained to the guy that this is not what I ordered and we both went back and forth about it for about 5 mins. He claimed that they donât toss the wings (never heard of) unless you request it (which I did). Eventually I asked is there someone in the back that understands and he eventually gave the food back to the cook to correct (thankfully after 5 mins)
Whoever the cashier was tonight at 1:30am needs to pay more attention to the guests order and verify that he is taking their order correctly.
I watched 5 more customers walk in after me that took him 2-5 mins to greet while he continue front line prep and filling sauces and bagging door...
