The only reason 2 stars was given was the drinks were made right, other than that, their customer service is zero stars. This location is ran different than your typical Starbucks. This location prioritizes mobile orders over people already in the building who walked up and order. Figured that out on my second visit when I tested the theory. I actually placed my mobile order AFTER my friend ordered their iced coffee at the register and my drink was done almost 2 1/2 minutes before theirs. This location also has a strict "only one person in the building can take a customer order" policy. You'll experience 7 people telling you someone will be with you shortly, followed by the designated person holding up their finger each time they pass you at the register, passing by you multiple times while others are free to do nothing. Either every other location I go to in Tampa Bay is violating Starbucks policy to deliver a better customer experience OR this location bamboozles its way through corporate visits and goes right back to zero star customer service when they leave.

Read moreThey literally run out of everything within the two hours of opening, everytime I come to his location something always goes wrong then it’s fixed after but today was just over the top, so I went through the drive and placed a order through the speaker for a frappe and I asked if she had plain bagels, she said she would check, then she comes back and says they are all out. So I quickly took a look on there website to see if it showed the same thing but it didn’t say unavailable so then ask when I get to the window if they’re were any more plain bagels and then she says let me check once again as if I didn’t ask her already. She comes back and said oh we have a few more left so I’m confused why she would say you didn’t have any on the speaker when I placed my order … then the employee couldn’t find my order that I just placed in the drive through on the speaker I sat in the drive through for 7 min waiting for them to find the order and make it . Read moreI've been going to this Starbucks on and off for about 3 years now, since it is the closest to my apartment. This Starbucks is a hit or miss. Sometimes you'll go with no issues, others its a disaster. This was the last time I ever visit this Starbucks again. I totally get it... I worked at Starbucks for 5 years about 10 years ago and I know the type of people you get there as a barista but when I worked there I was making like $8 an hour and I loved my job. The people working here make well over that and act miserable. You could be the nicest person and they'll still treat you like crap. No hello, no your welcome, or sorry I made the drink wrong (cause they do). Let me point out there is 1-2 employees that are nice but it doesn't make up for the others. I won't be coming back here, which will be easy cause I love my coffee at home but sometimes go for something different.
