Foxtail Coffee - Telecom Village — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

Lemme tell you something, I have been to over 5 locations of Foxtail coffee, purchased over $200 in gift cards and even bought the matcha for myself; i practically live at Foxtails. NOBODY does consistency, friendliness and drinks better than this location. I have never had a bad experience here, and if anything has been off, they are quick to ensure my drink is to their standards. The staff is just exceptional, the manager here is also very nice and ensures a clean and great study environment.

Elijah is ALWAYS so kind and professional ! I once accidentally spilt my ENTIRE drink on myself minutes after purchasing and he offered to remake it for me. He found out I was studying for a big exam and write “good luck!” on my cup. Conversations are never sore with him; so caring and enjoyable.

Shoutout to Jahira, for actually making THE best lattes, i don’t know if she has magic hands or something, but her drinks somehow always taste better; not too sweet or milky, just how i like it. She is always so nice too. Foxtails around the area need to learn drink consistency from her!

When I come I love to have chats with Angelo, very sweet and kind. So quick to offer a helping hand over spills or any sort of messes i often make.

There are so many other staff members here that have made this location so special to me. It’s the perfect study spot, great drinks, lovely made seasonal cookies, and somehow the music is always good.

I’ve been here a few times and have been underwhelmed, I decided to go and give the fall flavors a chance. I go through the drive through where I have to repeat my drink order multiple times, order an iced pumpkin spiced latte with oatmilk and a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. I get to the window and wait a few minutes before anyone even opens the window, then I pay and get my items and the lady at the window seemed as though she’d rather be elsewhere. I don’t check my food until I get a couple streets down at the light and find they gave me a ham breakfast sandwich which wouldn’t really be a problem if I didn’t not eat pork. So, I turn around irritated and go inside this time to get the right sandwich. I walk inside and explain to the barista inside what happened to which I get no apology for the inconvenience and I sit in silence while she makes the turkey sausage sandwich. Then, I say thanks and leave, no apology or anything then either. I then eat the sandwich which was good in flavor but 1/4 of the bagel was hard as a rock. The vibes inside are really nice, but the vibes of the workers are not and the coffee is just subpar. I will not be giving them another chance and will be taking the 20 second drive to the Starbucks next door because at least they’re consistent with their product and have great customer...

I'm lucky to have a lovely coffee shop near my home. When I heard that Foxtail Coffee was opening a new branch in Telecom Village, I was thrilled because it's one of my top favorite coffee shops. On a lovely Sunday morning, I took the opportunity to visit Foxtail Coffee, which was conveniently located just four minutes away from my home. Upon arriving at the coffee shop, I was pleased to find a generously sized parking area. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately struck by the stunning ambiance and tasteful decor that perfectly complemented the coffee shop atmosphere. The menu at Foxtail Coffee offers a variety of coffee options, as well as convenient food pairings. When I arrived, the Barista welcomed me as my server. After discussing various coffee options, I settled on a Regular Cafe Latte with Hazelnut. I also ordered an Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese and a bag of coffee beans. I was pleased with the service and received my bagel with cream cheese quickly. The Everything bagel was especially delicious when paired with cream cheese, and it had been perfectly toasted.
