Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

I placed an order online at this location and it was cancelled. I was out giving my friend a ride and I was heading back home I looked at my email which is when I realized my order was cancelled. I tried calling store to see why my order was cancelled and to get food because I ordered food to actually eat. I talk to someone over the phone and they took my order again and I was asking why my order was cancelled. The lady on the phone said she would have to transfer me to talk to the manager. I said I would like to order so I can pick up my food. I arrive at the location. The guy working says my order was cancelled because the area I live he says they do not deliver there after 10 pm. He said he called me to tell me why the order was canceled but I didn’t receive any calls or even had a miss call from any number. I told him I just placed another order over the phone and he says they only do deliver after 11 pm. He says there’s no order with my number only the one that was cancelled. I said well is there anyway I can order food. He said there’s no carry out after 11, yet I was able to walk right in. I honestly did not like how this so called manager did not consider me as a paying customer. He was not trying to help me at all. It just seemed to me he was just telling me things like I was supposed to know. Considering my situation he could of taken my order since I was just trying to get some food. I tried asking more than once if my order can be taken. I dont think he really called me because I didn’t even have a voicemail. Managers should take into consideration the situation and make a decision to help someone out that’s a customer. This is THE WORSE DOMINOS I EVER ORDERED FROM ! I order delivery for my family the other night , food was delivered by a nice delivery driver . However the food was horrible , one of pizzas was messy looked like they just threw it together , i ordered cinnamon sticks they were a little burnt and had no cream cheese icing to go with them . I called the manager gave me attitude because of there mess up , said she would send a driver to me with the sauce and hung up on me . 2 hours went by and nobody came , called back spoke to another quote on quote manager and she was also rude she wanted to give me a credit and I asked for a refund , when I wouldn’t take the credit she hung up on me , I called back asked for the General manager and corporate number they claim to not have it . I called the next day to speak to the GM and the girl that answered said she would transfer me to the office phone and she hung up on me . I will be going up there but I’m calling corporate as well I want a full refund for my whole order because had to reorder from a whole different pizza place just to have a descent dinner with my family . I ordered a large pizza with mushroom and chicken and jalapeno I place my order drive to the pizza place and they hand me two sandwiches??? I tell the lady that works there that it’s not my order and she insists that that’s the only order they received for the day. Not to sound like a Karen but that’s honestly none of my business u got my order wrong and then you’re trying to put the blame on me like I made w mistake??
