Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

I arrived at 10:15 tonigh (4th of July) And when entering I was asked did I already placed an order. I told the young lady at the front counter no that I was placing a to go order and she replied that they were closed. Mind you there is no one in the lobby area and the open sign was on and both resturant sign and Google states that the resturant closes at 11 on a thursday. I understand hours vary depending on holiday but there was no signage of holidays no where .

I went outside place an order on the map and as soon as I placed my order they turned the light off and started turning lights off inside. 15 min later I seen my food was ready and I went to the door to get it . As I drove away i took a sip of my strawberry lemonade and it taste like WATER & STRAWBERRIES and no ice when I asked for light ice. Once I got home all the sandwiches had the peppers,onions and mushrooms. Which I’m ALLERGIC to mushrooms and I had edited my chicken cheesecakes to certain things on eachone . it just felt like it was purposely done bc they had to work and it was very upsetting as a business owner myself to have gone through all of this . First time and last. I ordered a steak and cheese thinking it would be authentic because that is what they specialize in, but it was not at all what I expected. The meat was tough and tasted just like they used steak umms. If you're looking for a great Philly steak and cheese, this ain't the place. The guy took my order had quite an attitude when i pressed no tips (i was doing take-out so i believe tips was not needed). He was soo unfriendly and I ask for garlic parm. boneless wings but ended up giving me the boneless wings with spicy buffalo sauce (which i don't mind honestly).The food was good.
