Im so disappointed! Came here for breakfast, Fri May 5th, drive thru, ordered a egg and chz croissant and everything bagel with crm chz, tried paying with a $50 bill and the girl said they don't take them, so we asked where to break change and the guy in the back told us go to the bank down the street, so we left, we ended up taking some time cuz I went the wrong way and we got gas, as we were pulling up I said to my husband jokingly"I hope they make us fresh food". So when we went through the drive thru he ordered something different in fear they would give us our old stuff. Well the price was more cuz we orderex something different, left went to the circle k for drinks and my husband came in the store complaining!!! Do you know they gave us our OLD order, and we didn't even order the same thing!! I am so upset at these 2 employees for making a bad decision, its not like Dunkin couldn't of made us fresh food, they didn't even know we were coming back, I never told them! So were they gonna save that for someone else later that ordered it??? Thats gross!! And they need training in food handeling and saftey! I will never come back!!! And the employees should be fired, Ive been in hospitality my whole life and Ive never gave a cust old food, it's always made fresh! They should be ashamed...

Sadly i was on the inside which was not as efficient/streamlined. Took a good while to serve the 3 people before me, i don't think the time it took was reasonable. Probly due to focusing on the drive thru.
Either way i purchased doughnuts, they were great, no dissapoint ment there.
What did disappoint me was the fact that through the 3 customers that were dealt with before me and throughout my purchase and probly the rest of the day was that fact that she didn't change her gloves once!
Not after touching money. Not after touching the counters etc... And then used the same gloves to grab my doughnuts! I intentionally did request for her to change the gloves to see if she would... She did NOT!!
Needless to say we ate some germ infested doughnuts! Employees need to be a little more conscious of their activities while serving customers and handle hygiene/food saftey issues...
Read more5:38 am at the “24 hour” Dunkin, we waited at the kiosk after clerk stating she was the only one, to allow her a minute. When she came back on and I proceeded to order 2 egg sandwiches she repeated she was the only one so only coffee. Contrary to my instincts to go elsewhere we ordered our coffees. Finally she came back on and asked us to drive to the window where o coffees on hand once again explained she was the only one and what would we like repeating the order for the first beverage, a medium coffee, extra cream, 2 Splenda and her asking what size speaks volumes. I don’t wholly blame her for the bad experience, management and ownership should not place entirely incompetent employees in a position where they have to perform at a level exceeding their capabilities.
