BAD SERVICE: My wife and I went here today and firstly were not greeted nor seated. Everyone looked at us without saying a word nor directing us. We went to the waitress at the bar to ask if we were to seat ourselves or be seated. Once we were seated we were given chips without a divider sheet in the cup basket allowing crumbs to fall through the basket holes onto the table that were crushed like the bottom of the bag chips (we watched as the male waiter passed out baskets with the proper paper divider in the other chip baskets for other customers). We ordered drinks from their menu that seemed like the waitress didn't know how to make. Whilst not being checked nor given a food menu, the waitress had forgotten to even make our drinks. At that time we beckoned her to ask for a food menu and the waitress apologized. The task to make our drinks was passed on to someone else who seemed to be the drive thru order taker who also didn't know how to make our drinks but looked over a lamenated paper to figure out the mixture. I commend her for trying but there should be actual bartenders to take on this role. Instead of bringing them to us together she brought them to us one by one while letting my wife's drink sit on the back counter half made while soaking in ice. Mine was too much alcohol and my wife's was too much orange juice. Not only so I watched unclean hands touching the fruits without gloves (while still touching pens, touchscreens, money, cards, etc) that trim the edges of the glasses for other customers. If you are like me, I like to eat the fruit on the glasses or just put it in my drink to eat later
We sat there for an additional 20 minutes not being checked on to order our food or to see if we needed anything as other waitresses in restaurants do. They over looked us while caring for others. I finally had enough and asked for my ticket to pay. She passed my ticket over without saying thank you as other services we receive would do out of professionalism and customer sevice. Once we paid we left without finishing our drinks.
I recommend 3 waitresses for the floor, 2 bartenders behind the bar with mini tongs to pick up fruit, a door greeter/seater, 1 cashier, 2 servers, 2 drive thru workers (one order taker/cash receiver and one deliverer/drink preparer), and food preparers to stay within those roles. Also better wifi because the 5 screens displaying different channels were all rebooting over and over. Take tips from other successful restaurants. We are one and done with...
Read moreI usually donât leave bad reviews, but after the repeated poor service Iâve experienced hereâand especially the lack of urgency during my visit tonightâI feel compelled to share. I love the food, and I love that this spot stays open late. Unfortunately, the service is consistently disappointing. The bartenders often donât know how to make basic drinks, and the servers show little attention to detail or customer service. Tonight was no exception. We sat and eventually somebody asked if he had been helped and I said no we need menus. and given water by one person, and eventually someone else came to take our orderâwithout writing anything down. Our guacamole and queso didnât arrive until the entrĂ©es came out. My order was wrong (I asked for chicken and beef, but was served all beef), and when I mentioned it, the server admitted she âhit the wrong buttonâ. She also failed to bring the tortillas when she literally asked me if Iâd like corn or flour.. When our food arrived, the runner asked if we needed anything else. We asked for, limes, and sour cream, but he never came back. We had to stop someone else to ask again. When we were ready for the check and to-go items, three employees were standing around talking instead of helping guests. We sat and waited to be helped but eventually after waiting patiently we were finally fed up and had to interrupt them to ask again, and one even said out loud wait what did you ask me for again?! My entrĂ©e was also rung in incorrectlyâthe menu price was $14.99, but the item I was charged for was $16.99. When the server rang in the wrong item! When I asked about it, the server said she would need a manager. I literally thought the manager would have the decency to come and talk to us but the manager never came over. If I would have asked for him I probably would have been there waiting longer. The entire visit was us waiting!
It wasnât even a busy night, looking around I could tell the other tables also suffered multiple guests were getting up to take their own checks to the counter because they couldnât get service. We had planned on ordering cocktails, but after the experience, we decided not to spend another minute or dollar here. The food may be good, but the service is consistently some of the worst Iâve seenâand itâs enough to make me question coming...
Read moreMy daughter and I decided to try this location. We ordered a #13, #38, the equality cake and chocolate Les leche cake. I originally asked for pineapple cake and she said they were out. We drove to the lake to eat, talk and look at the water. I opened my plate and noticed it was child portions in the plates and our bean containers. My plate supposed to have tricolored peppers there was only green and onions. There was no tortillas that I answered to the order taker asking me what kind do I want, no utensils, no napkins, etc. The girl at the window looked at us weird when she handed us the food but we didnât know why until we got to the lake. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. A lady said sheâs the acting manager and when I told her the issues and almost $60 is too much for a two children portion meals, she made excuses and said maybe because a lot of people came for lunch. I told her we were the only customers when we came. She said they ran out of food and gave us what they had. I asked why charge us full price for samples. She said itâs the girls fault at the window the reason I didnât get my tortillas for my fajitas. I told her that has nothing to do with food portions and terrible service. She put me on hold for a really long time. When she came back she said they only have green peppers the reason I didnât get what the menu described with the tricolored fajitas. I told her if they had said this when we ordered then we would have chosen something else or went to a different restaurant. She tried to bring up the cost of the desserts. I told her that wasnât the issues. She said a lot of people donât like this part but we can bring the food back and get a refund or remake. Evidently this happens often? Weâre chose the refund. A man gave us $33.38. We kept the two cakes thatâs was $7.99 and $6.99. The math is not adding up to me. I went online to see if I could order the same order and their website said those items are not available. We lost gas, time, meals and faith in good service and products. I went home and cooked. Frustrated and inconvenient. We will not be back and we eat out at least 5 days a week. That was our first and last visit there. Maybe they get away with it but not fair or...
