Arby's — Restaurant in Tennessee

GOOD FOOD! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Id give 4.5stars to the Cooks and Food I ate. But the customer service is ridiculous and uncalled for. --I went to the front line at -7:05pm Friday, November 17, 2017 to get a refill of Water. I walked up and therr were ONLY 1 Man awaiting His Food. I was the only other person on the entire frony line. There were 2cars @ drive thru and 3 small tables with a total of 8 adults and 3children. Thats very empty. So I neeed a water refill. I stood on the very front of the front line and had cup for refill out and noticable from anywhere. After 5-7mins of waiting I finally decided I wanted to eat the rest of My warm food instead of being IGNORED BY Both Girls working the Front and Drive Thru. Whoever was expo was packaging the 1 Mans food I was rite behind. After they(2girls) packed His food. I was next to be taken care of and at that time there was now an incomming New Customer that came up behind Me in Line. He was there less then 1minute and even though I had been waiting a refill I got totally ignored as if I wasnt even here. One girl lookef rite at me and turned Her back and went to the back of the house and out of My Viewing Capability from where I was in Front Line where the food is handed out. The other Girl Avoided Me and NEVEr Even asked Me If I needed ANYTHING, 🤔☹😠 and She just went to the 1 new customer and began taking Hid order. Even though He came in at several mins AFTER I had been standing on front line to get My refill. Well both Girls IGNORED and RUINED My Meal and I want come to a place that ignores Me needing something like a refill. The cooks food was awesome! Otherwise Id leave 0 stars or least amount possible. A drink refill should be availible in the first opperatunity possible. Ive worked food service iN MANY places and organizations. And I know they did terrible customer service and make Your Arbys Look Bad! And make Customers Feel Bad and Thirsty after Me spending money in your store and driving across traffic to choose...

I like Arby's and prefer to stop there when travelling. The service at this restaurant has gone down drastically since they transferred the staff from a failed restaurant. The drive-thru lines are always long and slow - it is a minor miracle if they get your order right even if you repeat it several times. On my most recent visit, with about 8 people in line to order and 6 waiting for food, the woman putting serving the food was busy flirting with a couple of men in line and "lost track" of a couple of orders. When I got my tray, my onion rings were burnt. I took them back and was given another box that was also burnt. The woman told me they didn't know what to do to make them better (shorten the cooking time?). I left them on the counter and after I finished my sandwich I asked for a manager so I could request a refund, this same woman claimed to be the manager and refused me a refund because "it wasn't her fault that my food was burned". As other's have said, this is far from the cleanest restaurant (fast food or not) that I have been in. Even the front counter is dirty and you will usually stick to the floor in front of the drink fountain. Go to the Wendy's...

I went there around 11pm. I did drive thru. I was greeted on the speaker by a very friendly young man who apologized and said he would be with me in just a moment. I had to look at the menu anyway so I said that was fine, take your time. In less than a minute he was back ,took my order, asked if I needed anything else which I asked if I could get 3 or 4 horsey sauce packs. He said of course I could have as many as I liked. I drove around and yes there was a bit of a wait but no more than 10 minutes tops , there were 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the window the same young man apologized for the wait, which again wasn't really bad. Processed my payment and gave me my meal and thanked me. The food could not have been any better. The curly fries were hot, crisp and delicious as was the traditional gyro. I pulled into a parking spot to open it all up as I was going to drive eating it and literally ate half of it right there is was so good. Just excellent which some places are not quite that good at late night. This place was not one of those. Everything was spot on perfect including the young man taking and delivering my order.
