I reserved tables for my grandson's birthday party when we got there they told us it was for last Sunday which it couldn't have been because I didn't call until October 10th which is this past Monday and but anyways as we are setting things up and people are coming in we and they're in the party we are asked to move some of our stuff off the tables so they could clean them so other people could sit down I think that was very unprofessional we also had people leave due to the fact they had nowhere to sit before we had the cake and my grandson got to open his presents and for the money that I spent in there way over $100 it should have been okay because we were told first come first serve plus I called ahead of time to make sure it was reserved I understand other customers come in but at the same time when you have paying customers in there that have already paid for everything and they're told that tables are good everything is good it should have stayed that way so my grandson had an okay birthday party and he was he just turned four so he didn't understand everything that was going on but he did ask where his mama and papa were going his aunts and uncles and cousins and we had to tell him they were leaving to go to work but in reality we had nowhere to sit and including myself there's probably about 15 customers that will not return for future business due to the way today carried out I'm adding I didn't speak to the owner I did come back up and keep yall updated when more people showed up and whoever I spoke to on the phone was relaying what I was saying to someone else and you need to make it clear that when you do reserve it that you will be asked to move your stuff to another table to where everything was cramped up because if I would of been told that in advance we would of went...
Read moreSuch an awesome little pizza place. We were coming back from Virginia and wanted to go to an Italian place in Bristol, but they were having a carnival downtown and took away all parking and access to local businesses. Smart move Bristol!
We left dejected and decided to settle for a chain restaurant that sounds like Pazzouli's in Kingsport. As we drove by and saw the sign we quickly googled the name seeing lots of positive reviews. Turned around and headed back! Fun fact, in the southeast you will always find a church parking lot every 1/4 mile to turn around in.
This is an excellent little pizza place! They have a free arcade with some original machines and a few reproductions but all of them are unlocked and free to play. Not that you need to kill time while they prepare your order, because it'll be up in just a second. This is one of those small businesses we need to support because they actually care what they're bringing to your table, unlike the chain places that will just serve up so so food that nobody cares about. When I'm back in the area, they'll definitely be on my list of places to go back to. Thank you for such...
Read moreReview for potential Gen X and older customers: My favorite pizza joint ever since I discovered it. And I try to eat here whenever possible. They serve New York-style pizza made in a brick oven. They even have free arcade games in-restaurant for that authentic 80s pizzeria vibe. They're also a great value, so now you have no excuse not to try them out. There.
Review for millennial, or younger, customers: Hey fellow millennials--you know how the pizzas in cartoons always looked like the best-tasting food in the world? Well, THIS is THAT pizza--real, stretchy cheese; tasty, chewy crust; fresh toppings; and unique specialty pizzas. They got oven baked subs too, if that's your thing. And the made in-house desserts are, as my kids would say, bussin'!
Whatever your age, go to Galaxy Pizza--or get it delivered, I won't judge--and grab a 'za. Or, maybe like, 2-3 'zas. But definitely don't say you want the 'za'za when ordering two 'zas. For that, you need to take your ahh to Catch 22 up the road. Ok, I've type 'za too many times now and my fingies hurt. Bye!
p.s. get the sugar cookies; they're my favorite...
