We loved this cute little bistro! The ladies were super friendly, and the food was delicious. I had quiche, and my wife had the New Dehli Bowl. Both dishes were incredible!! The interior decor makes for a wonderful eclectic feel as well. We also love to support local talent instead of chains. I'd rather see the locals succeed. This will definitely be a regular for us, and we are excited to hear of their quick success and growth!

Hubs and I stopped in wanting to check out a new to us place. Le Brisque was fantastic! Turns out they have only been open a couple months. They are working out a couple kinks, but food and service were top notch. Its a really, really cute place right downtown. Although not a place for large groups, seating is limited imside. I will definitely bring out of town guests here.

Cute, Counter Service only, french inspired bistro with a clever menu. Jess has been a hidden staple of the food scene in the tri-cities, and doesnt disappoint. Her food is elegant, creative, tasteful and accessible to foodies and good ole folk alike. If you like the Coffee Company in Elizabethton or Cafe Lola in JC, this will be a good fit for you too.

Tried this place for lunch, the decor is fabulous, lots of imagination. Unfortunately they were having an off day in the kitchen. I ordered the quiche of the day, was told it was country ham and Gruyère cheese. When it arrived at the table I thought it was the wrong order as it was totally green, it was the right order but filled with spinach, I found one small cube of ham, couldn't taste any Gruyère. I did not care for it. The honey balsamic dressing for my side salad was delicious though. My friend ordered crepes but when they delivered my food informed her they were out and would prepare her something else. She ordered a sandwich; but she's sitting there with no food and I have mine, the staff which were very polite really should have held my food back until they got her new order so we could dine at the same time. They brought her sandwich as I was finishing my salad, I'm not sure what it was but she took like 4 bites, pulled some of the meat out and set it to the side of her plate took another bite and pushed it aside; she said she'd take it to her husband as he would eat anything. Her sandwich came with a French potato salad, it had green beans in it, I did not try it but she said it had a sour mustard/vinegar flavor which she did not like at all. I got a Crème brûlée to go, the sugar on top was nicely browned with a good crunch and the custard had a good flavor but it was lumpy. They offered my friend a free dessert but she declined, she just wanted to leave. Lots of folks were getting take out. The place has wonderful potential when they get the...

My wife visited the establishment for lunch Wednesday May 22 for lunch. She said the food looked amazing but she never got to try any of it because the waitress never served her anything! My wife sat at her table 30 minutes and was never asked if she wanted something to drink. She left after watching the girl clean a table, talk to a friend and give out to go boxes to the two people that had to come in asking for service! My wife could have driven to Gourmet and Company Johnson City and gotten a glass of tea before the waitress served her at this bistro. The owner might make great food but if the staff doesn’t do their job to serve this great food people will go somewhere else. My wife and I will never know if the food is any good because we will never waist our time going there. It’s unfortunate because that restaurant could have been a place we would go for lunch when I have a day off. The court yard was such a place. We went there so much the owners knew what we wanted when...
