I am absolutely FURIOUS and DISGUSTED with the pathetic excuse for service we received from this Jimmy John's location. We placed a whopping $170 order for our 14 person company event, expecting a seamless and stress-free experience, but what we got was an utter NIGHTMARE!
Imagine our SHOCK and HORROR when we opened up the delivery bags to find not one, not two, but TWO bags of chips MISSING, a brownie that mysteriously VANISHED, and to top it all off, a Sprite that was obviously TOO MUCH to handle for the inept employees of this godforsaken establishment.
Do you have any idea the ANGUISH and EMBARRASSMENT this has caused in our office? We were left with a spread that looks like it was scraped together from the bottom of a dumpster, rather than a well-organized, carefully planned company event. I can't even BEGIN to describe the LOOKS OF DISBELIEF on our colleagues' faces when they realized that the food we had been so eagerly awaiting was RUINED by the absolute MALPRACTICE of Jimmy John's.
It's not just about the missing items; it's about the complete and UTTER LACK OF RESPECT for paying customers who had placed a LARGE and IMPORTANT order. We trusted you to provide a BASIC level of service, and you managed to fail MISERABLY. We might as well have flushed our hard-earned money down the toilet, because that's exactly how valuable your so-called "service" was to us.
I am deeply DISGUSTED by the lack of professionalism displayed by this Jimmy John's branch. Your blatant NEGLIGENCE has caused us embarrassment, frustration, and a HUMILIATING company event that will go down in history as a monumental FAILURE thanks to YOUR INCOMPETENCE.
I wouldn't recommend this Jimmy John's to my worst enemy. If you have any ounce of self-respect, steer CLEAR of this joke of an establishment. Save yourself the EMBARRASSMENT, ANGER, and DISGUST that we had to endure thanks to their complete and utter INEPTITUDE. Read moreI only have my own experiences to go off of and the first time I tried it Jimmy John's sub was with my wife and it was a recommendation we split a gargantuan. After I picked the sub up off of the counter I realize there was no way I was going to be able to eat even half of this by myself. It satisfied my craving for an authentic, heavy, meat-filled Italian sub sandwich above and beyond anything I expected and since that moment, 5 years or so ago, I've been back dozens of times for that exact sandwich, ordered no different than it is on the menu and I'm satisfied every single time. So much so that I looked forward to the moment where I get to sit down and actually enjoy every messy bite of it because it's just that good.
If there are any 'Friends' fans out they're reading this and you remember the episode where Joey gets the amazing sub from The Amazing sub shop he's been to all of his life and literally accuse Chandler and Ross of smelling up all of the smell taste and stop them from doing so because he doesn't want to ruin it... That's this LOL
This particular location it's really easy to get to from Parkside Drive and the main Turkey Creek thoroughfare. There are several entrances and more than enough parking. It has always been very clean and has never had any negative features stand out. It's located in a small outdoor strip mall with many diverse shops including a Baskin-Robbins next door and is always had several people hanging out and just enjoying the scene. Is also a cool fountain a few doors down that you can toss some coins into and try to keep the kids out of LOL.
Price of the gargantuan one and some of the other subs caught me off guard when I realized how much they were but in this case I suppose you get what you pay for. I've been tempted to pay for the full 16 inch gargantuan numerous times, however, settled for the 8-inch and then more...

I ordered lunch from here. It took almost two hours to reach me. When I called to ask how much longer it would be, whoever I spoke to blamed me for ordering during the lunch rush.
The manager did reach out to me later, offering to void my order to refund me for the bad service, as well as offering me a free meal. It wasn't what I was after, but I accepted and thought that was that.
Until I got home that night and looked at my bank account. They didn't void the order. In fact, they charged me twice. Two separate charges for the exact same meal. I tried calling at 9:30, but nobody answered. Even though they close at 10.
I called the next day, and spoke to a different manager. She said she was going to look into it and get back to me. I got an email showing something that said void, but also right after that a balance due of the amount of my order. I called back to speak with her and was told "Check with your bank, I've done everything I can on my end."
I still haven't gotten a refund, and am now out 30 dollars because of their mistake. I'm not normally one to leave reviews, because I truly understand customer service can be difficult. But this is entirely...
