My order was delivered and half of it was missing, I called the store to attempt to have the rest of my order delivered and they told me it was on the way, I waited an hour and it hadn’t shown up so I called the store to ask for a refund so the young man who answered put his manager, Wesley Cooper, on the phone. I explained the situation as to why I was calling to Wesley and asked for a refund since still haven’t received my order and they said they had forgotten to send it out with the driver that her was almost back and he would bring it to me but since they were sending my order out with the driver they would not refund me my money, even though I’ve now called twice, they forgot part of my order the first time, I called and they were supposed to send it out and forgot again, and have now waited a hour for my order and still nothing. Well now it’s been two hours since I called the first time asking for the rest of my order to be delivered and I have still yet to receive order. I will also add that my conversation with Wesley was less than satisfactory as he opted to not refund my money, then refused to give me a contact name for his manager and a time that they would be in, he then proceeded to hold a rude tone, in no way professional in a customer service environment or when dealing with a customer. After he finally told me a contact name for his manager he hung the phone in my face while I was asking how long the driver would take to get me my order, and like I said, 2 hours later and I’ve still yet to receive it. Read moreWe order from this location at least 2 to 3 times a week. We love the food but I would say at least once out of the 2 to 3 times that we order they mess up our order. Last night we ordered a salad grilled chicken salad with double chicken did not give us the double chicken did not give me Caesar dressing gave me ranch dressing gave me no dipping sauce for my cheesy bread I specifically asked for garlic dipping sauce and got nothing I called up to the store and spoke to the manager and no apology I asked him if he checks the orders before they go out the door and he told me he was too busy doing something else but was very nonchalant and didn’t offer to take care of anything or give us a discount or anything. Needless to say very disappointing and I checked our receipt and all that stuff was listed on the receipt it was rang up correctly but the order came to us incorrectly. We order from Marcos because my Husband gets home from work late and it’s very close to the house so that’s why we order from them plus like I said we enjoy the food when they get the order right.We even had a $10 loyalty customer coupon that we use last night so that tells you how much we order from this location. I feel that the manager or somebody needs to contact me and refund my money or give me something for the next time we order if we decide to order from Marco’s again. Read moreOrder was placed and was told by the app the it would be delivered within 45-55 minutes or so. Around the 40 minute mark of this journey I received a call, which was nice, from an employee who informed me that they only had one driver at the moment and he was heading back to the store at that moment and my order would be "just a bit delayed." I told him that was fine and thanks for calling and informing. The issue comes an hour later when i finally received my pizza almost an hour and 45 minutes after placing my order. This pizza, which came out the oven nearly an hour and a half prior to it being delivered, was dreadful. The cheese was dry as hell because it was now room temp. The box had already soaked all the grease, that gave the cheese it's life line, and had now almost come back to life as a tree and become solid again from sitting in the hot box (or hot bar) for so long. End of the day the employee should've told me it would be an hour or more wait and they'd still send the same pizza and sides they made prior to calling. It would've made for a different end result. End of story... If it's late.. Call and get a refund because they will send you the old food an hr later knowing it's garbage. I ordered again over the phone, hoping for better results a week later and the same thing happened, all except i called after the hour and 15 and had my order cancelled. l also I live 3 miles from this store.
