First time I've ever had a McDonald's employee flick me off... My father and I were waiting in the drive thru, the guy at the window told us to "hold on". So we waited about 5 to 10 min, after waiting that long we went inside the door wasn't locked it was 10:05. They said we're closed, we told them we were waiting and the guy at the window wasn't doing anything but playing on his phone when we drove and looked thru the drive thru window. The woman in light blue told us we should have waited, and said he was busy, while being very rude and condescending to my father FOR NO REASON. My dad said that's messed up turned and left. On the way out the lady told us "go someplace else get out my store" who says that to a customer???? I called her an a$$ hole because she was disrespectful and acting like one. After we got to the car a guy with his hair up high tried to start a fight with me, sticking his head out the door and saying "Hey a$$hole" waving me over and flicking me off. What kind of business you running when even the manager is disrespectful to customers? First off the door wasn't locked they should have just taken the order we were 5 min after closing it's not our fault they're to lazy to lock the door. Second the window guy should respectful ask just a min please not "hold on" and third manager should have kept her mouth shut instead of telling us to leave, that was rude and uncalled for instead of throwing out customers all you had to do was take our order apologize for the wait and lock the door after we left but no she took the most unprofessional route and escalated the situation which is not how you treat PAYING CUSTOMERS, finally the employee has no right to call me "hey a$$hole" while threatening me and flicking me off. I carry a concealed handgun I'm not getting in an unnecessary fight, I'm not a hot head like your employee, your employees need to be fired before they try that with the wrong person and get themselves killed! Highly unprofessional all those employees involved should be fired, I'm done with McDonald's obviously they can't hire decent humans beings with work ethic so they hire any trash they can find... I have never had something like this happen to me at a fast food restaurant I really hope something is...

Update: So I decided to give this place another try since its been awhile. So on March 4th we go thru drive thru we ordered 2 #5 meals and and chicken nugget meal. As soon as i get home we noticed that we got upcharged for the items we did not request and got charged for items we did not receive. I called and spoke to Sylvia and I explained to her the meal uncharged being charged extra for items we didn't receive and we was missing items out of what we did get as short on nuggets in all meals. Sylvia then asked if I wanted a refund or the meals replaced and I told her I would have it replaced and I will come on march 5th. So on march 5th we go to get what was told to us and the manager Sany said she can't do this or that. So we just left. I really don't appreciate this place stealing my money and I have proff just can't post pics idk why and their staff lies to customers. I will never support this business again.
So check ur receipts and make sure you are not being robbed too by this place.

This place is the worst can't even get the simplest order correct how do you mess up a happy meal come on now these people doesn't need to work there if they don't know how to make and prepare things as ordered and give all the items that belong in a happy meal this place is a disgrace. Then when called to speak to manager her said his named was hernandez and sounded like he didn't know what was going on and sounded like he was not right like he was high or something. They've messed up my order multiple times when I order through the app. Even something as simple as order 8 mcchicken is difficult for these incompetent employees. What's worse is that they don't even fully take the blame. They blamed us, the customer, for not correctly describing what was in the order (it was just 8 mcchicken), and they still gave us the wrong order. It's not that hard to look at the online orders. Check the one that says "mcchicken" and give the correct order to the customer. They're so incompetent that they gave me the completely wrong order (a mccrispy with fries). Are you seriously that dumb? When you order through the app, it gives you a code (which they rarely ask for btw) so there's no excuses for the poor customer service and the constant wrong orders we've received. The manager (I think his name started with a J, I want to say it was Jake) doesn't take the blame and gets an attitude instead of listening to the customer and reasoning, and is just a sad excuse of a manager. Any manager that acted the way he did would've been fired, but I wouldn't expect much from McDonald's. I'm never coming back to this McDonald's again, and if you order here, make sure to check that they gave you the correct food before...
