And let me tell you why, we arrive, go to a stall and press the button. We are immediately asked to move stalls, we move about five stalls over because they are all full and then we wait another five minutes after pressing the button before we speak to someone and tell them we have two separate orders, the proper procedure for this is to say âokay go ahead and tell me your first order and then I will take your second as soon as you are ready.â Instead when we gave the first order we were hung up on, waited another 7ish before we got someone on the speaker to take our order again. We waited seven minutes to get our first order, and then another 8 to get our second order. Again, the entire sonic motto is âout the door in under 4â, so 7 minutes alone for one meal is unacceptable, let alone 8 for an entire meal to arrive that was the same exact order, and the meal was chicken sandwiches which take about five minutes to make at a sonic and two orders of fries. And then we finally got our second bag of food, no napkins in either bag, no salt, or mints. Which are supposed to go with every entree and side. We push the button again, I also ordered a blast which they gave me a straw to drink it with, somehow expected me to drink thick ice cream that has large Oreo chunks with a straw. So we push the button again and ask for a spoon and napkins, and note there is a carhop who is not in any sort of uniform whatsoever, with no apron, changer, or anything else. We wait over ten minutes and no spoon or napkins, I go to the door, one girl is wearing a headset, most employees are supposed to wear headsets so they can answer stalls and give the best of service immediately, the carhop was in the corner eating tater tots, and about four employees behind the fountain on their phones. Anyways I go to the door and ask for a spoon, and then we finally left. I told them my name and that I had been there over 10 minutes waiting on a drink. I then told them I wanted my money back. Next thing you know all of the sudden the car hop brought my bring out. She said she was sorry. I told her I knew what the holdup was. I could see through the front door. My drink was sitting on a tray waiting on other orders so she could fill it up with multiple orders to speed up the process. Hey Sonic, that doesn't speed things up that only makes other customers wait longer for their food, even MOBILE orders which is supposed to be faster. I pushed the red button again and told the guy (I think his name was Eric) I wanted my money back. He said he couldn't give refunds because of Covid and that I needed to call corporate. I pushed the button again to get the same reply. I told him he could come outside and talk to me about it. He then said i threatened him and he then said he was going to call the police. I told him to call. I hadn't done anything wrong but ask for my money back. He then threatened to escort me off the premises if I didn't leave. I told him to come escort me that all I wanted was my money back and he could have this drink. He just left the red button light off and never talked again. I called corporate right then and there and even told them it was a piddley $1.20, but that only after I asked for my money back then the drink came right out.    Read moreI started coming here about 2 weeks ago after the Sonic by my house had really failed me numerous times and I gave that location a couple years to show me they deserved my business, so I come to this location instead, during the past 2 weeks I order a large iced coffee and something to drink at least 4 to 5 times each week, last Wednesday my iced coffee tasted very old, I called and they said they'd replace it, came on Thursday to get my regular order and the coffee they gave me as a replacement was literally filled with coffee grounds, so I called this morning spoke with a man whi said he was the new manager and he told me to come and he'd take care of me, went threw the drive thru and the girl at the window questioned me and didn't believe what I was saying until she went back to the manager and he confirmed it, when she gets back to the window she tells me what I owe and begins to argue with me about what day it was that I got the 2nd messed up coffee and during our "conversation" she basically threw me my order and slammed the window in my face while I am talking to her, not arguing, so I sit at the window and finally the manager, the man I spoke with on the phone, came to the window and we talked for a few minutes and he seemed nice and asked me to give him some time and to keep coming back, so I will do just that, I hope he does what he said and turns this store around because this is the last location of Sonic I am giving anymore chances, I will leave another review in a few weeks to let you people know how it has...
