Wendy's — Restaurant in Tennessee

Y’all, I’m telling you this location should be the gold standard for ALL Wendy’s, Nationwide. The lady taking orders at the drive through was so positive and upbeat and funny. I don’t always have a laugh with drive through workers (or fast food employees in general) I ordered a Dave’s Double cheeseburger, no ketchup. And I heard the window lady verbally communicate it to the kitchen, AND double checked with the cook as she put it in the bag. Now I know you’ve seen the picture of the burger, and I can tell you it is indeed real. This is no photoshop burger from an advertisement. I was so impressed I had to send pics to my food industry friends and fast food aficionados, and respectfully, everyone was blown away. The ingredients the ingredients were consistent all the way through. There was pickle, onion, and tomato the entire time and it’s stayed together. this burger couldn’t have been real but it was. I enjoyed the best fast food burger of my life, and felt I needed to know who made this! So I went inside and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I really have to give it to them, they aren’t like most other fast food spots where I’m just an inconvenience by walking in. So I found the guy who crafted the burger. I wish I had got his name. But hopefully y’all can find out. I tipped him cash too, so whoever got tipped for a burger, that man need a to be given a promotion, sent around to train every place on how to do it as well as he does. Thank you. The dining room was filthy. Drink cups w no lids sitting on multiple tables. Piles of napkins on tables. Straw papers on the tables and floor in multiple areas. Many tables smeared w ketchup, icecream etc.

Although there were only 2 people in line when we arrived, the wait for food was long. When we received it, the fries and chicken nuggets were hot. Both burgers were cold... barely room temperature and could not even start to melt the cheese.

Then there were the unsupervised children...A girl with long strawberry hair and slightly younger boy. They ran around, danced, spilled soda on multiple tables, chairs and the floor. Apparently they belonged to someone behind the counter, who kept yelling Avery and Gunner...

I understand that this may have been a last minute child care issue for an employee, in the future, bring them something to do, books, games, something besides playing with the coke machine and using half the napkins available to clean up their constant turned over glasses of soda and frosty. While the laughed and drug around the wet floor sign from table to table of their latest accident.

Just having an employee come into the dining room would have brought attention to the big mess. The only one we saw was a male taking...

Absolutely awful. We weren't greeted when we came in. The guy had to have the order repeated 4 times. And still got it wrong. He looked absolutely stoned out of his mind. The baconator fries were over salted and the cheese wasn't even melted. The regular fries had enough salt on them to kill an elephant. I had to go back up to the counter to ask for the BBQ sauce that I had already asked for. The bathrooms were closed, as in not functioning. The floors were really sticky. The soda machine was out of all the fruit additives and the Dr. Pepper didn't have carbonation. And the employees didn't fix it after they were notified. Over all, not a very pleasant experience. Do better. Because 18 dollars for crappy fast food isn't it. Thanks for coming to...
