Bagel Bistro Tequesta — Restaurant in Tequesta

Grabbed a to-go bagel sandwich for lunch on Monday 1/3 and Tuesday 1/4 sometime between 2-3pm both days. On both occasions, was the only person ordering in store. On both occasions, I got the wrong order. Went today (1/7) for breakfast and there was a few other people, and once again they were unable to get the order right. Along with all 3 visits ending up with the incorrect order, the shortest time in and out was ~15 minutes which was when I ordered one sandwich with no one else in the store. Will now drive the extra however far to go anywhere but here. Editing review in response to restaurant - you have me confused with someone else. I ordered the Turkey Club. First time (1/3) the woman asked if I wanted mayo to which I said no (the menu description did not list mayo)...there was so much mayo it oozed out with every bite, maybe she thought I asked for extra mayo. Second time, I asked please to make sure there was no mayo...this one came with no turkey (I had already driven 20 minutes back home so sucked it up...

I don’t know what’s happening with the bagel bistro. I placed an online order for pick up with specific instructions for a hangover helper with jalapeño cream cheese and two loaded lox sandwiches both made with scallion cream cheese and served open faced, and I included my specific instructions I arrived to pick up my almost $70 order which I left an almost 9 dollar tip for, and it was completely incorrect. The girl took the order and said will remake it for you. I said thank you very much. She handed me my new order back. I arrived home with it to find out that the sandwiches were made with jalapeño cream cheese instead of scallion cream cheese, my husband cannot do spicy ! I have included a photo of the pick up order which shows the instructions I don’t understand, are they hiring people who cannot read or are they just that lazy and don’t care about...
