Arby's — Restaurant in Terre Haute

I did my first online order at this restaurant today. I originally tried waiting in the drive-thru, but it was ridiculously slow, so I pulled around, parked, and went in to wait. I waited over 10 minutes. I was able to observe the staff working. On every single order, the store manager would pick up curly or crinkle fries from the ready tray to bag for orders. On every single order, he dumped a few fries from the carton back into the bin, then bagged the fries. Pretty low and unprofessional for this location to skim food from containers from paying customers. Glove usage was also mixed, and the same aforementioned store manager was un-gloved, checking his cell phone, then touching food and bagging orders. This is a highly unprofessional store.

Update 9/2/2024: I followed the suggested feedback and never received a reply. I would love to get a response from corporate on why Arby's employees are skimming food off of orders before delivering them...

Stopped here after a 2 hour drive down to TH to drop a kid off at the hospital. I was starving and had a 2 hour drive home. I ordered an Arby's melt. Got back on the interstate and started eating. They did not make it correctly (it's literally meat and cheese so I don't know how you mess that up). I was not turning around. I was so exhausted from working 12 hours and driving down there after work. I called the manager the next day, she promised to mail me gift cards but I never got them (this was like 2 months ago at this point so I've given ample time to receive). The sandwich was made fresh and would have been amazing, had it been made correctly. I ended up having to stop somewhere else cause the fries just didn't fill me up, as it had been roughly 10 hours since I had eaten which made me out even more money. I'm really disappointed in...

We live 10 minutes away from this Arby’s location we shop at the Walmart there so we thought we would have a quick and easy meal for home sense it was late and we didn’t feel like cooking.we order and get home it hadn’t been more then 15 minutes before I started eating fries cold didn’t complain on the phone to them about that I work in fast food myself but when I went to eat my French dip and Swiss the sauce was stone cold called them and they said yes I’m fifteen minutes it would be cold but the container had no heat to it all no signs it had been hot in the first place.when I was on the phone with the young woman she told me the sauce had been from 3pm this afternoon.sad to say this will be the last time we will be visiting...
