I would like to send out a big thank-you to the two young ladies who helped me today, and I feel bad that I didn't get their names. But they helped me to find a shoe that not only would accommodate my orthotics, but also did not have laces so that I can keep my 90-degree protocols for a hip replacement. The staffer who was helping me try on the shoes looked in their stock, and also looked in the clearance area and found something that worked for me. I have been buying my athletic/tennis shoes for over 35. I have never been disappointed. The staff has always been considerate and helpful. I know have neuropathy in my left foot due to a herniated disc that resulted in irreversible damage in my foot--not the fault of my surgeon. Now, when I purchase my shoes from Pacesetters they process if more involved as to finding the right shoe that will help my neuropathy. The sales staff has changed through the years, but I can always depend on Pacesetters helping get the best shoe for my condition. The store is always clean and organized. I was looking for my first set of Hoka shoes for running. I went to the mall in Terre Haute to Tradehome Shoes with no luck and poor service. That’s when I called Pacesetters. They said they had them in stock so we stopped in. We were immediately greeted by Emma! She sat me down near the hoka section and asked what I was looking for. She measured my feet and went and got me a few shoes to try. All Hoka brand because that’s what I was looking for. After trying a couple different ones we finally found a winner.
