One of the worst experiences ever. Our family typically orders pizza and wings once a week to take out from this location. We order and pay online, and particularly, during COVID, we always leave a tip prior to receiving the order. We ordered for a pre-determined pick up time and arrived just a couple minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. At the drive thru window, we were given the wings that we ordered, and were asked to pull forward to wait for the rest of our order. The employee at the window curtly told me to take me receipt copy. I had a hard time hearing her with all the traffic on 3rd Street. After waiting for 20 minutes, I made a phone call to the restaurant. I waited a few minutes for someone to answer the phone. When I told them that I had been waiting for the remainder of my order, I was greeted with "I just came up front. I don't know what you talking about." At that point, I said, "I don't care", and that I expected that I would be compensated for the wait time. The employee hung up on me. It was very difficult to hear the employee on the phone because of the cars, so I called back. I believe a different employee answered the phone, and I said, "Can I please have my pizza?". In the background, the employee that first answered the phone could be heard saying, "She cussed me out, and I don't care". Then, I was hung up on again. With 2 hungry kids in the car, I drove around to the drive thru window again. I waited behind the car at the window. When I was able to get to the window, I handed the employee the now 20-30 minute old wings I had received when I first arrived at the restaurant. I told her to refund my credit card, and she said that she already did. She handed me a receipt. I said that I had 2 hungry kids in the car, and the service that I received was unacceptable. She said, "sorry, what else do you want?" The order had to be remade. I asked why she did not tell me that in the first place. I said that she should probably think about doing her job better. Guess what? When I got home, the receipt did not show that the money was refunded to my credit card. There was receipt stapled to the original receipt that indicated I was going to receive a discount off my order. But since I did not get any food, I guess whatever was charged to my credit card was a tip for all the employees at Pizza Hut on 3rd and Voorhees for not NOT doing their job. It is a shame that the employees at this restaurant do not take any pride in doing a good job. Working at a restaurant is not the most glamourous job. I did it for many years, one thing I took pride in was doing a good job and knowing that my customers had enjoyed the food and the customer service that they had spend their hard earned money on. If I could give this restaurant no...
Read moreOrdered the same thing I always do. The $5.00 menu for 2 items, totaling $10.00. Picked my first item of boneless wings and then the second item of the breadsticks with 1 cheese. My total went to $10.00. I then added an extra cheese and a ranch. As I ordered, the total updated. $13.89. Delivery, no problem. Same as I have ordered for 2 years. Delivery guy shows up and I sign and tip $5.00. For him to hand me an 8 piece boneless wings and 2 ranch and 1 cheese sauce. I asked where breadsticks were. He then informs me my order didn't include. BS. He admitted he was new and had to call the store. While in my presence, I showed him what I ordered and it was spot on with total and all, including a MTN Dew that I never drink. He even walked his manager through detailed steps and confirmed what I was seeing was legit. However, the manager wanted to argue with the new employee and myself. Pretty much after spending a delivery once a week, has now turned me into never even ordering again, even for our corporate functions. I spent 13.89 plus $5.00 tip on 8 boneless wings. Get Real. If you order and it gives a total as you go, you expect what you order and the total is for real. What a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN. I will recall this when we have money to spend for functions. Had the manager realized it was an error or had given any acknowledgement of the misunderstanding, would be a...
Read moreMy family arrived at the restaurant on 3rd street at 7:30, it was somewhat crowded but not too bad for a Friday. It was 10 of us, so I expected a possible wait, no big deal. Got to the table it the chair and floor were dirty. We didn't complain and cleaned it ourselves. We ordered and received drinks, and after about 15 minutes, I asked the server to please take our oder (I had 6 kids with me ages 5 -11). I ordered appetizers, 3 pizzas, and a melt. 20 minutes later, our food comes out all together being delivered by the shift manager. I asked why the appetizers didn't come out earlier, and she replied with an "I don't know," and she apologized. The melt was well done but not burnt, so my hungry child ate it but picked around it.The breadsticks were the same. My server NEVER CAME BACK TO THE TABLE after delivering the drinks. WE had to GO to the COUNTER whenever we needed something. After a while, I asked for the manager, again another apology. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Pizza...
