Dunkin' — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Went here to get donuts. Walking in I noticed an extreme lack of donuts in display rack. Chose 6 filled long johns. Thought I was going to get the ones I pointed at, but the woman went to an open air commercial rolling cooler rack and commenced to reach THROUGH,( rather than pull out the tray, ) between two trays, with NO type of foodservice gloves, rubbing other donuts with her arm 6 times. (I ordered six). Makes me wonder what goes on with the donuts behind the scenes. Saw another employee grooming her hair behind the counter right next to the open air cart full of donuts. Discusting and very unsanitary. Get home, to find that NONE of the "filled" donuts i ordered were actually filled. Tasted dry and stale like a 2 week old. Threw the rest away. Wasted money. I will never, ever, put one foot back in this store...possibly ANY...

Location 2060 Lafayette Ave Terre Haute IN Just to let everyone know, if you have more than 1 or 2 people in a vehicle, don't go through drive-through. I was told they can't handle an order of 4 drinks and 4 sandwiches. You must go in , I don't see why they pull you forward to keep the drive times down no matter what you order. I did come here 3 to 4 times a week, not because of location because I live across the river it was because of the quality of food. But now, never again because of rudeness and attitude. I absolutely LOVE having coffee options in north Terre Haute. But, I went through DD Wednesday about 3pm, ordered an ice coffee, it is as FANTASTIC. I went through Thursday morning bat 7:20am (less than 24hours later), ordered the exact same thing (Literally, I order on the app, and clicked the coffee from "recent orders" and it was HORRIBLE. This isn't the first time. Please train ALL staff on how to make a proper iced coffee. It's really not that hard. I worked in a coffee shop for a long time. I'm tired of this particular DD being hit or miss, especially when I work and live on the north end. I'd like to know how I can be compensated for these...
