Ordered food online. Got there to pick it up and waited 25 minutes to get to the window. As soon as i got to the window and said it was an online pickup, the employees all looked at each other in confusion and stepped away from the window to huddle at the online screen. I knew instantly they didnt even start on the order even though the online app said it was ready for pick up. Was told to pull forward. Waited 25 more minutes and after the employee walked up to give me the order, he realized he gave me the wrong order and gave the second vehicle behind me that was also waiting his order. I finally just walked in and asked for the refund. Was told to call a number because they couldn't refund me because it was doordash considering thats what they use for online orders. Called the number and was told by doordash they couldnt refund me that it would have to be under review and they would teach back out afterwards. Money is in limbo and its irritating not only to waste an hour of my life for nothing but then to be told you cant get your refund. Read moreI came in and ordered a 12 piece meal with my sister on the phone who was buying and explained that I wanted all fresh food. I was told that it had all came up 20mins before I arived,the cashier showed me a peice that was great. So I placed my order. Got it home and it was all dried up and hard. I took it back and spoke with the assistant manager with my sister on the phone. I showed her all the dryed up and hard food that they tried to hide on the bottom like we wouldn't see it. She started to ring up up the refund and had me put my card in which charged me again. Then because she was aggravated that she messed up again and my sister was expressing her issues with the food at the same time on the phone . She looks at me and said "told me to shut her up/ turn that off, I'm trying to fix it" I did not turn off my phone. So then she had to refund me for both meals. While I was there all the other employees was laughing and making funny justures because they tried to pass off the trash for food they was trying to sale. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Read moreThis store is ridiculous. They always mess your order up in the drive thru. They are slow and usually rude. The manager obviously doesn't care. The last time I went it was the same issue. Plus the last time my husband went he was complaining of the same thing. I had said i was not going to go back. My husband wanted to go today.. and against my better judgment we went. It was the same Ole thing! They had us pull up, which was fine, brought out food out, and forgot our drinks, the young lady went back to get them and we checked our food of course it was wrong. When she came back with our drinks, we let her know it was wrong, and we were not rude about it... she flip around ans walked away as if she didn't hear us.. and i said excuse me!
