Hardee’s — Restaurant in Terre Haute

I waited by myself to get waited on with no line for 5 minutes. I got the new garlic thuck burger which had way too much garlic butter sauce on top of it. Thrn as I was eating I found a piece of plactic in my burger. I took it up. Not one person said sorry. They just asked what else I wanted. I wanted my money back and to go home. I guess there was no manager there to give me that option, just some skinny lady up front who looked over worked by already being understaffed. So I got another burger ate a few bites to threw it in the trash. I been in food for 15 years as managment never fast food. Never experienced plactic in my food before. Not sure if ill be back. Once at the Hardees in Brazil they forgot to put the meat on my burger. I took that back and they just dlapped a piece of meat on it right in the front. What good Hardees? Lets get...

I place a breakfast order once a week for the same exact thing. I have even complemented them for getting my beverage ready for me as other restaurants do not do that on an online take-out order. this morning I believe they knew I was in a hurry and asked me to go back out to my car and grab the confirmation code for my online order. When I got back in with my phone the front register guy said he would be right with me just to see a text? No thank you . I grabbed my order and left. will not be ordering...

I am not exaggerating nor am I being a prisoner of the moment when I say that the last 8 times I visited this hardee's I've had to pull up in a parking spot and wait 10 minutes to get my food. The girl at the drive-thru always seems nice. The staff always seems friendly. But I just don't know if this place is way understaffed or if it just legitimately takes them 10 to 15 minutes longer to fix their product than it does every other fast food burger place that I've ever been to...
