We ordered inside with the kiosk. I ordered myself a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese with light sauce and no tomatoes or pickles. My wife got two triple cheeseburgers, we got a basket of fries, 2 donuts, a drink and a kids meal to take home. Upon and receiving my quarter pounder it was covered in sauce, and both my wife's triple cheeseburgers tasted like they had been up there for a while and we're not hot. I went up to get a remake on them and the older female manager got an attitude saying they cooked the food to order. Which I highly doubt is true, when she asked what my sandwich was I told her a deluxe with light sauce no pickles no tomatoes and she said it didn't come with tomatoes. I didn't realize she had rang me in for a barbecue quarter until after the fact. Fortunately I managed to catch one of the cashiers to let them know. However that unfortunately did not help as they still made it incorrectly and I had to wait a third time for it. Even after the remake it was still coated in sauce and it seemed like they used the same batch of meat to remake the triple cheeseburgers. At that point we had had enough so we went to have the order canceled and the manager said that she had to have the food back, no issue, and that she needed the receipt. I informed her that the receipt was somewhere in the kiosk that it had never printed. So she asked what was on my order so she could find it in the system. She managed to get my order rang back in and I informed her the Krispy Kreme donuts we bought were both good so we were fine paying for those. I guess the Krispy Kreme donuts are almost $4 a piece because we only got back $28 out of the $36 we spent.
During the time that I was waiting on my remake another couple had ordered right after me and got 2 triple cheeseburgers made special. They ended up getting double cheeseburgers instead. They brought it to the manager's attention who took the sandwiches back over the counter. We then watched as they opened the sandwiches with their hands to add the third patty on to them. Fortunately the couple noticed and told them they would not take those sandwiches they wanted fresh ones made. I do not understand why they would take sandwiches back to the kitchen or handle them with their bare hands during a time when illnesses and sickness are...
Read moreOrdered the one on the receipt below after work one day with four friends. The place was mostly empty, the drive thru had its usual traffic. There was an unusual number of what seemed to be managers present, and some were outside smoking. Even after myself and three others placed our orders. Half of them left from literally waiting over 30 minutes and not getting their food, others got refunds, I myself had to return twice after waiting for 30 minutes to get a few special order sandwiches made plain or incorrectly or fries missing, etc. One of the female managers there literally threw her entire crew under the bus, knowing that the service was unacceptable and what had gone wrong. She took it upon herself to blame everyone for "not doing their job"; regardless of what happened, you're supposed to help your team succeed! And take responsibility for their actions, that is your job. I worked in fast food for years, I hated it but it's easy and all you have to do is keep the customer happy. That's your backbone. No customer = no income = no paycheck. Simple as that.
I literally refuse to go to THIS McDonald's after that day. I still go there to eat occasionally, but I avoid this restaurant. If I'm ever in the area, I'll drive to the next nearest one if I want to get McDonald's. And this used to be my favorite one in town, for over 15 years. It has changed a lot, and while the playground for kids is gone and it's been remodeled it's still kept most of its shine for a while. But the management and morale of the employees there now is driving customers away here, and that's...
Read moreI am upset I HAD to give this place one star to write a review. Where do I even start at? My girlfriend and I decided to get a quick meal after a long day at work, we saw a large line in the drive-thru so we went inside to order. We were the only people inside the store, it took 5 minutes to wait on us, and while we were waiting the onsite Manager was working the service window, running all around flustered ranting and raving saying things like "I HATE LIARS!" after turning the corner so the drive-thru customers could not hear her, but of course we could being inside the store. We finally were helped with by a girl without any greetings for coming to there store, simply asking us "What do you want." and come to find out the reason we were waiting so long was that they were short staffed, a young lady wearing a bring pink Nike sweatshirt came in about 10 minutes after we entered the store saying "I overslept." and clocked in, took her clock-in receipt threw it into the trash. Oh wait, no that was a sink not the trash which was 3 feet to the right of the sink. When she gets in she doesn't wash her hands, doesn't communicate with anyone and starts touching all of the food packing in orders. While she packing all of the bags the machines in the store are beeping on and off and she replies each time with "Shut the f@$% up." Over all a horrible store to order from. I can only imagine no one washes their hands after watching this scene unfold and the insincere...
