I ordered my food I thought the guy said $15 something. I move up to pay and he says $10 ad I am giving him my card. I didn't think anything of it. Then, a different employee comes to the window and says I need to pay $15 something. I said I just paid $10 something. He says my card didn't go through. I said we'll that's weird. Really weird. (Me thinking: ' I know where every penny of mine goes'). So, I have a family waiting on me at home to bring lunch to them. So the first employee comes back to the window and says he said the total was $15 something. I said you I thought you said $10. I said go ahead and run my card thru again. It went thru just like I thought it would. I said so what was the total that I paid the first time? $10 something? I said can I get my receipt for the first transaction, $10 something and the $15 something. He starts giving me attitude for a second. I said I am in no hurry. I am just trying to figure this out because this is weird. So I finally get my receipts and I ask if there's a refund receipt to see that he actually refunded me. He says it will be on my card in a day. I ask if it doesn't get back on my card, who do I talk to? He says general manager and I left. Meanwhile I have a family to feed at home. I have never been lied to by an employee. There was definitely miscommunication with the employees. I was thinking maybe they just messed up but then they said my card didn't go thru and then it did go thru for the bigger total. They lied to me. This was a horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Hopefully, the $10.79 goes back on my card by tomorrow like he said. The fact that they trying to get a free meal out of me and stealing my money....
Read moreThis location has no business being open. We are in town from Boston, and stopped here last night (and tried to stop here tonight) and were not impressed. Last night, the young girl working the window was great (and was wearing her mask!) and the manager working with her was horrible. She kept yelling at her, and did not have her mask on. Kind of defeats the purpose of everything that is talked about on the window when the manager herself won't follow the rules. Then when we got to where we were staying, we were missing 2 items. Tonight, tried to stop again (since it is one of the only things open late) and tried to order basically the same order from last night. The manager was the same one from last night, and was taking the order. She answered the speaker with an attitude, and every time I tried to add something else it got worse. There was another lady taking trash out and she kept shaking her head and giving us dirty looks every time we added something as well. If you don't want to work, don't. It is not our fault that you decide to work some place that is open late, and the manager that was on duty last night and tonight should not have a job...
Read moreThe food is pretty good. The service is also not bad, though it seems like they always forget the sauce packet, which normally wouldn't be that bad of an issue except they normally have the front doors locked so you have to awkwardly walk up to the drive through window or drive all the way around again. As for the atmosphere, it's pretty neutral. You get to sit outside, which makes it a wee bit more difficult since you used to be able to order inside, wait for the order and then walk it back to the table. Something about ordering drive thru and then parking and getting out and sitting on the bench seems weird. Overall though, I enjoy the food. Specifically, the spicy chicken sandwich and...
