Starbucks — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Have been there several times and ordered on the new drinks listed with non-dairy milks in them. On four separate occasions I have seen them put whole milk into the drink I ordered. Two times were in a rush, and I didn't say anything. One time a person was being trained and they use the wrong milk and when I asked him to remake my drink they refuse because they were training. And the most recent time, I was standing there, watched them pull out an empty carton of dairy-free milk, and instead of asking me what milk I wanted it replaced with they grabbed whole milk and made my drink with it. I asked them if they had just use whole milk in a drink I wanted oat milk in, they said yes and asked if I wanted to change and at that point I had already been waiting a while for my drink so I said no. I understand many of the workers are students but they are so inattentive to small details...

Consistency. That and fast, friendly service. That's what one can expect AND receive at Starbucks. Oh, yeah... the coffee's and selection...
