Sat for 45 minutes waiting on the food. To get home and realize they messed up my food. When my mother called to let them know the guy claims to have not remembered that my mother asked for “no bacon” which she does every time because my sister can not eat pork and hasn’t for the last 10 years. He claims that not only will I have to come all the way back out with the little gas I had because “they don’t have a delivery driver put aside for us” for the pizza that they messed up, but I’d also have to bring the pizza they messed up back as well because it’s “their policy” and wait another 30 mins. Though I’ve had food messed up here before and they’ve never claimed to have that policy. All because this guy can’t remember my mother asking for no bacon. As I re-explain all this to the employee when I get there I find out that the manager was standing watching the whole time in silence and did nothing about the situation just letting her employee take the fall for the situation which is poor management in my opinion. The guy did his best and I typically like their food, but I am completely dissatisfied with the service I have received tonight and especially management for the way they let the situation play out. Seems like they must do mostly delivery bc the place had one customer inside and then two teens who appeared to be playing MTG or something. ANYWAY the place was VERY EMPTY AND SPACIOUS. Like weird empty. I was there on 04/20/2021 and Indiana’s mask mandate stopped 04/06/2021. However. After waiting (more than 6 foot behind the ONE customer mind you) and having a woman from the kitchen yell something at me (which I assume was about the mask as she was gesturing at hers- in turn contaminating her gloves while preparing food, mind you ma’am), I stepped toward the counter and the gentleman behind the counter, without making eye contact with me at all, simply said “you need a mask,” and then turned away to tend to something else. After all I’ve heard about Footers I was very disappointed to be treated so poorly. I understand each establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason but the disrespect was inexcusable. Read moreI just ordedered a pizza online and accidentally put No Cheese. I’m ordered a pizza for my co workers and myself at Kroger on Wabash to be a nice guy because we are busy and under staffed. I called Footers to ask if they could re make it for me and i would gladly rip the driver again. They said hey we need the whole pizza of the messed up one back. Sure no problem but a co worker who was hungry took 2 slices out already so they wouldn’t re make it due to 2 pieces missing. I even said i would gladly tip the driver again for his time. They still won’t help me out even if i made a small mistake. They were very rude about it and the customer service was horrible. I was busy at work and ordered quickly online and made a small mistake yet you guys can’t help me out at all even when i said i’d tip the driver again.
