Subway — Restaurant in Terre Haute

I dont know what has happened. New employees or employees that just don't care anymore. But this is the 3rd time ordering thru the app at this store. The first time I ordered a Footlong all the veggies minus tomato. What I got was tomato and lettuce. I didnt complain even though I added a tip when I placed my order.

Today, I ordered my sub with all the veggies except tomatoes and I get just a tiny bit of lettuce, pickles, spinach a whole lot of onions and olives. But no cucumber, no green pepper, no jalapeños, no banana peppers and no mayo.

I even asked in the "special instructions" box to be sure to pay attention to the veggies requests for each sandwich. Thanked them very much and added my Tip to the "sandwich artist". So, not only did they NOT get my order right, but when I opened the wrapper, they wrapped it so it was upside-down so that everything spilled out and needed reasembled.

Thanks guys! I never complain. It takes a lot to get me to complain. This was it. I gave you another chance. I gave you another tip even though I wasn't happy last time, and you blew it! We will take our $30 order, plus tip...

Ended up leaving the restaurant because they weren't paying attention to what I said I wanted and then the MANAGER had the nerve to tell me I was wasting their food. In front of my kids and my mom and at least 2 other customers. I did however get a hold of her district manager and will be getting coupons for free sandwiches. I will not be using the coupons at the ft Harrison subway. I won't be back in that one again as long as I live. There is no excuse for her to talk to customers the way she talked to me. I work at Sonic and if I talked to her the way she talked to me I would be fired on the spot!! Unbelievable how rude...

Good, quick service. The store is kept very clean the times I have went. I have personally never had any complaints. The store itself I give 5/5 stars. The food is what you would expect from a well maintained Subway (5/5 stars in comparison to other Subways). On the particular visit in early February 2019 I tried a twist on the tried and true meatball sub and did the garlic cheese bread meatball and wasn't overly impressed personally. The large amount of cheese overpowers any other ingredients and in my opinion wasn't worth the upcharge however that doesn't go against the store, just the product put out from...
