Wings Etc. — Restaurant in Terre Haute

I went in yesterday afternoon around 1:30 and was instantly impressed by how clean the store was and I was greeted by my server Lynsdey and who she introduced as her boss Buck. I was quickly sat and had Buck ask how my day was. It made me feel like I was a long time friend and not just another customer. My drink was brought to me immediately and was explained all of the lunch specials they had. By the way the lunch specials were all mouth watering. I placed my order and by the time my order was placed to the time it came out it was all under ten minutes. The food was fresh and hot and looked just like the pictures. It was the best food and service I have ever had at any restaurant in this town. Buck and lyndsey Continued to check to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything else. That in it's self was amazing. I never even had to ask for a refill because by the time my drink was half-way empty Buck had already brought me a new one. So once again best service, food, and environment I have been into in a long time. I will definitely be coming back. I live 1,124 miles away in the state of Maine, and have never had the experience of eating at Wings Etc, though I have had the experience of speaking with a manager named Stacy D. during a difficult time after receiving a notification that fraudulent charges to my account were placed online at this location.

After having spoken with other similar businesses in the Terre Haute area regarding my situation, this one in particular stands ABOVE THE REST. Stacy was courteous, professional, and more than helpful. I even caught myself laughing at one point, which speaks volumes about the manner in which she responded to my difficult situation, as you typically don't start these types of contact in a good mood. Even as an individual who may not have the opportunity to dine with them, I was treated with the customer service that I wish I saw everywhere. Thank you Stacy, if I ever am passing through I will most definitely be giving my business...

Update: So it looks as though the owner of this store has removed my previous review. Normally i would be fine with this but given how terrible of an experience i had I am going to repost my review to warn people to never come here. I also want to say if you want wings there is a KFC right next door with amazing wings compared to this garbage. I actually went there immediately after going here to compare and to get the taste out of my mouth.

Original Review: I think the picture speaks for itself. Wings were disgusting and definitely would not come back or reccomend to anyone who has any sort of taste. I honestly think I needed to vomit after eating this terrible food. The microwave section at Walmart does a better job. almost never leave negative reviews but from my terrible experience here needed to let people know. This is the worst restaurant have ever visited and hope you never have to waste your time or money...
