QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Terre Haute

Very bad experience here order food for pick up at 6:42pm and when I got there they said it was stolen and they said they would make me another order and apologize to me but then I go outside to wait and comeback in after 15 mins and the manager tells me to just get back in line in order..wow thats a way to tske care of a customer that YOU GUYS messed up…she didnt bother or anything she was just talking to a customer in the table with her legs up Lol Qdoba needs to hire someone that would take management skills better instead of this girl that was gossiping to a customer about who she kicked out of the restaurant or that she would be able to refuse service!! Good food is all I can say pro wise. The staff is friendly but they are also very unprofessional with terminating their employees. They just quit scheduling you, because they are too immature to actually terminate a worker. I got a kick out of this situation. They didn’t pass their sanitary test. It’s honestly pretty bacteria infested in that place even if it looks clean. Good fresh Mexican food is all they have going for their business. Even the owner wouldn’t return my phone calls concerning why he doesn’t actually fire people, or the head manger forsay. Prices are a little overboard. The food is worth it though. The only other con would be all the splatters on the wall. Nothing looks very clean and I know they don’t clean those metal plates they put the brown paper over!
