Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Texarkana

I ordered a personal pizza and I went to pick it up on the time it told me. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to spare. She never made my pizza and asked me if I could wait another 5-10 mins. I said no if I could get a refund. She gave me back 5.54. And i realized I was charged 6.00 even. The lady told me I was wrong but I showed her the statement. And she gave me back the wrong amount in change. I tried handing back the coins but she just payed me a dollar in quarters. Turns out. Girl with a half shaved head is playing on her phone when I arrive. She finally puts her phone down, takes my order for a no salt pretzel and as I'm paying she salts the only pretzel she has. When I tell her never mind just refund me, she doesnt know how and says she has to call her manager to which I reply if its not going to take up too much of your day then please do so. Tells me she already apologized....but never did. She tells the manager I changed my mind instead of admitting she made a mistake. If you can't run a pretzel stand, not much hope for you in the real world. 0/5 wont...

The flavors and freshness of the food was delicious but it took a long time just to make a small cheese pizza. Twice as long as normal. The cashier was nice at first. But when I got my pizza from her, it looked like she had flipped it over and shook it. The cheese and sauce was all over the inside of the box. I will definitely try Auntie Anne's again somewhere else since this was my first time at any of these...
