KFC — Restaurant in Texarkana

This was one of the worst fast food experiences of my life. When we ordered in the drive thru we were told it would take 5 minutes for the wedges. We waited 5 minutes for them to take our payment. We were then told it would be 5 more minutes for the wedges. We waited 10 minutes to no avail. I then went into the restaurant along with two other customers. One of the other customers was told they were out of corn so he told them just to give him his money back. When they told me there was no corn I told them to just give me two sides of macaroni and cheese. They told the other customer that her wedges were almost ready. The employee then told me they had extra wedges so they would give me more wedges than I had ordered. Then a few minutes later she told the other customer she didn't have her wedges because she had given them to me. The customer then said she wanted her money back . The employee then asked for her receipt which was beyond ridiculous at that point. She then gave me my order which did not have the extra side of macaroni and cheese and only had a few extra wedges. EVERY SINGLE time I pull up to KFC on Stateline, I attempt to order 2 extra crispy chicken breast. We are ALWAYS told we don't have any. I can understand you not having any if the place is closing soon. (What time of the day do you have extra crispy chicken?) I am very mindful to NEVER go to any food establishment when it is near closing because I don't want any food that has been sitting under that lamp for hours. Last night it was 3 hours to closing and I asked for 2 extra crispy breast only to be told we ONLY HAVE DARK MEAT. I said " I don't mind waiting". I was told again, we have dark meat. How is it that a chicken establishment doesn't have what they advertise they sale???? Please know that I went home and fried my own chicken. I won't force you to take my money nor beg you.
