Rude employees who fought amongst one another in front of customers (cursing even 🤬), took an hour to get my food when they were supposed to have "hot and ready" pizzas ready to go for people, althoughy order wasn't one of those, bc the people who came in prior were having to wait for their food, it took and extremely long time to get mine. I would have just walked out but promised my kids their pizza, and not to mention I had to be an advocate for some of the people who couldn't stand up for themselves and had been waiting longer than me. Got a lady's money refunded - and her food, and then after I'd been there even longer than her they refused the same for myself but did offer wings and Cinnamon bread as a consolation I suppose. Overall, this was my worst visit to date. It always takes long at this location and I always seem to forget that. From then on I started going out of my way, to a different location which is better but still has issues with the employees getting into arguments amongst one another in front of customers over who should have done what and who's fault it is that whatever order didn't get made. Have had to step in with them in the past and speak my mind, which seems to only happen at these two locations, but I still prefer this one (on New Boston Rd and Summerhill) to the Richmond location. Stateline location I love but is VERY out of my way generally. UPDATE 11-12-18 Went to this location today and was asked "how are you doing today ma'am" by a female employee (whose name I unfortunately can't remember). I said "well, that all depends on what happens next". As she listened on bewildered, I began to explain my last few encounters in her store - which had all been terrible. I retold the experience from this review in grave detail as she listened on in horror. Shaking her head, she vowed: “This is the day I restore your faith in Little Ceasars." I'm happy to say I left with 2 custom made pizzas, cheesy bread + marinara & a 2 liter drink for free - all in a timely manner, and went on to see other happy customers who seemed to be regulars & happy to be there chatting with this familiar employee. The employee said that she had been put on the day shift to find out what was going on, but she believes that the problem staff had mostly been weeded out since and it appeared she was right. I'm pleased to announce that I'll be going back to this location rather than driving 6 miles out of my way just to get semi-decent service. Overall I'd definitely rate this latest visit with 5 of these bad boys!...
Read moreI was there at 10:35 pm on 4-25 to make an order and not only did I have the employee who I later determined to be the one working register come to the front multiple time and look at while I waiting and never acknowledge me while I was waiting on service for a length of time. When he finally came to the counter he seemed angry shaking his head when I made my order and pacing back and forthwhile doing so. He then shoved the receipt to me rudely with force. I later determined he did not even add everything I requested to the order and I had not caught this at the check out. I attempted to make friendly conversation to ease the tension and it was apparent he did not want to speak to me. Called and asked for delivery and they said they do t do delivery then hung up. I should have run from there but tried to do another order but for pick up / take out. Order still would not transmit. Called them back to place the pu order and found their credit card machine was down so orders wouldn't send and for this order need to bring exact cash for the order.
