Today was really not a good day for me personally. I'll spare the details, and just say this. It has everything to do with working on cars. So needless to say I'm already overly Cantankerous. So I waited over 12 hours to give this review.. I frequently order from this pizza hut via the pizza hut app. So I'm used to how the pizza's are typically made AT this pizza hut. I personally feel like they don't use enough sauce. This isn't the complaint. For all i know they use a small ladle, whatever. I don't mind ordering and paying extra for extra sauce. Which 9 times out of 10 the pizza is (carried out EVERY TIME) PERFECT as I could possibly want it. Right amount of "extra" sauce. Then.... twice this has happened. The first time. I said never mind it, and ate the pizza anyway. Two months later.. it happens again, which is now yesterday, the 19th. I don't know what kind of mockery of "extra sauce" they call the pizza i received. So i returned and asked for another pizza and in my frustration the girl calls me an ass as she hands me my pizza and tells me " that when i order extra sauce i need to order extra cheese. Or the sauce is going to soke through the cheese... NO ONE TOLD YOU TO PUT AN OLYMPIC SWIMMING POOL OF SAUCE on a hand tossed pizza.. i just want more than cheesy bread as pizza. Then continue to tell me it's my fault for ordering extra sauce because they have the pizza's pre sauced and pre cheesed before we order.. so they have to add the sauce on top of the cheese.. I mean.. I was pretty sure when a special order comes in.. ( even if you already had pies pre sauced n cheesed) that you'd make a new pie to specification. Not dup more sauce ontop of pre sauced pre cheesed pies. But hey, what do I know. I apparently didn't know i needed to order extra cheese to keep the sauce from eating up all the cheese.

Read moreFirst of all this place is dirty. Between cleanliness, management, and customer service it seems to just continue to spiral downward. They can never seem to get my order correct. I won't be using this one anymore, if I want pizza hut I'd rather put my money to better use and make the drive to the one by the dog track which is all around much better. Just a brief overview of my last two visits, I placed a delivery order about 4 weeks ago and it took two hours for me to receive my pizza. When I finally got it, it was cold, hard and not edible. I let it go that time.. didn't feel like the hassle of calling and complaining. I placed an order again today, went and picked it up, and when my son came out to the car with the order, we looked at the order and in addition to the fact that there was nothing but butter all over my breadsticks (with no Parmesan cheese), there was a hair on my them as well. This wasn't a shocker coming from this pizzahut so I just threw the single bread stick out and continued on my way. The pizza that I ordered was soaked in oil when I specifically asked for light oil. I called and spoke to the manager, Fabian, and he was no help. He seemed to disregard the comment about the hair on the breadsticks and then had the nerve to argue with me about why there was so much oil on the pizza and said that it was impossible to make it with light oil and if I wanted it that way I would have to order it 6 hours in advance. It's funny though because the Pizza Hut by the dog track is able to make it with light oil without a moment's notice everytime I go there. I will definitely be reporting to corporate, this just doesn't make sense. I shouldn't have to drive across town for pizza hut when there's one around the corner. The order was incorrect we ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots, buffalo wings, and 1 cookie dessert instead we got 2 cookies and 1 pizza (the rest was right) and when the driver called the store. The manager tried to blame me and the "online" order I placed even though I offered to show them the order and instead of simply taking the second cookie I didn't order back to the store and getting the pizza I ordered ( they were exactly the same price)she said couldn't fix it and I would have to take what they brought or cancel my whole order and order it again and they would take the whole order back to the store and I would have to start over. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. The driver was nice and it was obvious he knew the managers would not do anything to rectify the situation before he even called. The order had been out for delivery for over 45 minutes according to the online traacker when I called the store and the manager said the online system was inaccurate and that the driver had only been gone for 20 minutes with 3 deliveries. But when the food arrived and was not correct all of the sudden there was no problem with the online system according to the same manager that told me it wasn't accurate. The manager was very trashy and rude. I will NEVER order there again. I sent back the food and they still charged my card and would not give me anything showing it was voided. I will definitely be calling corporate!! Total waste of almost two hours of my life. I ordered...
