Very good .... Prices were very reasonable, Sushi was impressively good , I ordered spicy tuna and Salmon roll and a Alaskan roll. I was very surprised by the taste , Alaskan Roll was deeeelicous high quality tuna , now for the other 2 (spicy tuna and salmon roll) to my surprise these two were basically ground fish meat, thick paste like . To be completely honest at first sight i was displeased because it seemed they were grinding the meat to hide the low quality ( which I cant confirm) all this being said I went in for the first bite & WOW !!! To my surprise it was delicious, my words to my wife were ... This definitely isn’t the highest quality of Tuna and Salmon ive ate buuuuuuut it’s among the tastiest “ wasabi was great ,very intense, ginger was white so nothing to hide with pink coloring....Now for my wife’s plate(Hibachi steak) taste was a lil bland missing something, the meat , vegetables and rice seemed good quality but the presentation of the steak(NewYork Strip in cubes) definitely could’ve used a lil more color(searing) maybe a 5 out of 10 star plate , not bad but they definitely have the potential to take it up a notch..... Now for the bad ... The SOFT SHELL CRAB,( $8.00 for 2 ) it was a sad waste of life of a soft shell crab , it was highly over battered and over cooked, somewhere under that hard layer of over cooked batter there was a sad waste of a soft shell crabs life .... So much potential with these delicious creatures..Buuuuuut besides that everything else was delicious, Staff was friendly, place was clean and food was great.... Restroom door for the toilet stall has a huge gap so no privacy if you have to use the toilet, just FYI ..... But it’s definitely a restaurant i will return to...

I love this place and dine in or order online at least every other week. I've never had poor service and the food has always been excellent until now. I placed an order over the phone on March 17th for food before I went to work night shift. My boyfriend picked up my order and I realized they had forgotten my soup with my hibachi meal. I called and asked if I could pick it up on my way to work and they happily gave me a larger size soup when I got there. Later on, while I was eating I bit into a piece of my tempura vegetable appetizer and almost cracked a tooth on something very hard. I carefully spit it out to see what it was and there were several pieces of some kind of metal in my food. This was not only unappetizing but dangerous. Thankfully I did not crack a tooth or swallow any of the pieces, but it makes me hesitant about ordering anything to go from now on. I did take pictures of the pieces of metal to document what occurred. I also did not want to post anything without first bringing it to their attention and I got no response at all. Update to the owner: No, I sent a message via Messenger. I've been working night shift and have no time to call, wait for a manager and repeat my problem to several different people. I'm quite sure this was not burnt food. It was hard as a rock and somewhat crystalline in structure. All I need is that meal replaced because I didn't want to eat any of my meal after that. I don't like giving negative reviews, especially because I love eating here. I was disappointed that I received no response to my message so I came here to hopefully...

This was our first time going here. I was surprised to find out they had more locations around Houston. There is a lot to choose from even the drink menu is long and varied. The appetizer selection is full of great options of fried and sushi options. We decided to get the appetizer sampler that had the fried options with shrimp tempura 🍤 crab Rangoons, fried spring rolls, and fried tofu. It came with two sauces, one sweet and one savory. Everything on the plate was delicious, especially after finding that right combination of sweet or savory. I got the lunch special sushi 🍣 that came with three different sushi options and a soup or salad. I went with the soup, and for sushi, I got the spicy tuna roll, eel and avocado 🥑, and the salmon roll. Sherry Ann went with the Philly roll. It was a lot of food, maybe too much food. I enjoyed the eel and the salmon. The tuna was ok, but the others were far better. Our server Bagus was great checking on us answering all our questions and making sure we had a great experience. This was great service, great food, and the restaurant itself was nicely decorated and clean, and they even have a bar if thats your style. I would definitely recommend this place, and I'm already looking forward to...

We went on Christmas day. Drove around to several restaurants that claimed to be open online, but were not, when we got there. Edo Japan saved the day when they were actually open, as stated online. They had some many options to choose from. Everything sounded so good. I stuck with what I knew, which was the vegetable fried rice and vegetable lo mein. My husband ordered spicy chicken and vegetables and sushi. His sushi came out after his meal. He was hoping to have it before. Everything was fantastic. My husband's meal came with soup and salad. Both were excellent. My only complaint was with my husband's sushi coming out after his meal, and on the menu, several sushi wraps came with spicy mayo sauce. My husband ordered the sushi that said spice sauce, not mayo. When the sushi came, it had spicy mayo on it. The waitress said spicy sauce is spicy mayo. It should have said spicy mayo and not sauce. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this restaurant. They give you a ton of food for the price.
