I visited this location on 04/25/2021 in the afternoon and had a TERRIBLE experience. When I arrive there were a few people inside so I didn't expect the wait to be so long. There was one male worker handling all orders and then a gentlemen walks in asking for a Doordash order. The worker completely ignored the customers and begin to fill the Doordash order without addressing the people who's been waiting for some time now. Next another worker walks in with Target bags and a bag of ice that was purchase from a retailer. At this point it was obviously they ran out of supplies and short staffed. Once the supplies were put away, she leaves without addressing any customers s well. Finally a female worker comes out from the back, which was great because the male worker completely ignored us in line to complete the Doordash order. Instead of her taking the next customer in line she begins to help the other worker fill the doordash order as well. So now we have a line out the door and two workers working on an online orders and no one's acknowledging the customers inside or outside of the building who's been waiting patiently for over 20 minutes. I been waiting for about 30 minutes and finally it was my turn in line. I ordered a Caramel Cappuccino Blast and the female worker begin to make the drink, upon completion she put whip cream and cinnamon on top. I immediately ask her nicely if she could remove the cinnamon and add caramel as I get this drink on a regular and cinnamon is only added on the original cappuccino blast and they always put caramel on top of the one I orders. She didn't apologize or seem to care. The male worker came over and they were whispering how long the line was, you can tell they where overwhelmed. Upon completing the drink with new whip cream(which her bare hands touch-Gross) she couldn't get the lid on and asked the other worker for help. He ignored her to complete his order for the other customers and she handed me a drink that was leaking on the sides and told me to place the lid myself. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I waited over 25 minutes and then I'm ask to place the lid myself on a drink that's overfilling on the side. To top if off the ice wasn't blended all the way through and I had chunks of ice...
Read moreDo NOT go to this Baskin-Robbins, they have horrible customer service! I went to this location about two weeks ago, on a Friday night. I got there at about 9:30pm & although there were 3 workers at the time, and 2 cash registers, there was only 1 person doing transactions, the other two were cleaning in the back. When I finally got to the register, at 10:00pm, they didn't even have what I wanted...the woman checking me out offered me something else, which I clearly stated that I didn't want, but bought anyway being that I had stood in line for 30 minutes. However, she didn't tell me that there was an extra cost, not much of a difference, but it's something you should mention & quite frankly, the extra cost should've been dismissed because it was something I did not want. We haven't gotten to my point yet. After swiping my card, before I even got the chance to put in my pin number, a worker comes from the back announcing, "Sorry, but we're closing, so you guys have to get out." Those were his exact words. There was a room full of people & I honestly thought he was joking, until he started letting people out. That is not how you conduct a business and ice cream is not something you can wait to eat at home, because it melts. So, everyone in the facility was forced to eat in their cars. On top of all of this, I called to see if I could receive a refund or something, because I was so dissatisfied by the whole situation and pissed off that I had waisted my money. Anyway, the girl who answers the phone says she has to speak with her manager and they'll call back. That was nearly two weeks ago and I have yet to receive a call. Bottom line, don't waste your time or money, I recommend going across the street to Cold Stone Creamery or getting some Froyo because if I could rate this place 0...

This location has always been a hit or miss when it comes to customer service, for the last 7 years that I have been coming here, and they continue to miss. Smh. The individual who worked on March 6, 2024, around 6pm and who claimed to be the so called “manager,” a Hispanic lady, named “Elizabeth” (she likely gave a fake name) from this location is the RUDEST AND LAZIEST person I have yet to encounter. I could tell from the moment I walked in that she did not want to be a work that night. Not only did she have a rushed, rude attitude when taking our order, but she also failed to honor a current coupon that was previously given and used at this same location!!! Furthermore, this rude woman didn’t even bother to put a cover sticker over the milkshake that was ordered when we requested it. I frequent here and never had a problem getting coupons honored and getting my milkshakes covered so they won’t spill on the drive home. This rude heffa just didn’t want to do anything and provided the WORST customer service. The owner of this establishment needs to hire individuals who actually want to work and who appreciate having a job and stop hiring these low life, rude, subpar morons! So sick of this location. And don’t be surprised if they respond to this review and try to justify their actions. Thats the problem.
