Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru, and was then told to pull around to receive my order. Waited for quite a long time, while 3 other customers that were also parked got their orders. Finally an employee came up to the vehicle only to tell me they ran out of one of my items and that they could substitute it. Mind you they had already confirmed my order at the drive thru and should've told me then. Waited some more and took another 2 other customers to get their food for someone to finally come out and bring my food. Waited in the front of the burger king for about 50 minutes just to not even get what I ordered.
I mistakenly went back the next day thinking it was just busy or understaffed, but I had ordered two different sized drinks this time and they got the sizes wrong. I had to wait at the drive thru while the employee ignored me while they stared at the computer, took several minutes for another employee to notice to help me. When I explained that they mixed up my drink sizes they didn't seem to believe me so I then had to show them my receipt and hold up the drink. Employee poured me another drink in the right size but the wrong flavor of drink. Told the guy it wasn't the right flavor, and he said "it's fine." Read moreI really do hate leaving negative reviews but this one is kind of a must. The orders have been messed up 5 out of the last 6 times we have gone (I know, my fault for going back). The last time there were no onions on my burger and my wife took it back. Keep in mind this includes the time from picking up the food to going home, then going back to the Burger King to have them fix it, then back home. All they did was take it to the back, open it up, throw onions on the same burger and hand it back to my wife. So the burger tasted old and cold by that point. This time they charged us for items that weren't ordered and messed up several items. When we went back to inform them of it this time she asked them to fix these issues and to speak to the general manager. Apparently the general manager was the one that rang it up originally and as she walked off said I don't care to someone she works with thinking we couldn't hear and made someone else take care of fixing it. They fixed it and apologized but this shouldn't be happening almost every time and would recommend just going to a different restaurant since several are popping up around the area, or if you really need burger king just go further down the road to potranco and 1604 to...
Read moreI'm so disappointed in this Burger King. It's gone the way of most other fast food restaurants - sacrificing quality for quantity. Is it so difficult to make hot, fresh food for your customers? I ordered 3 meals. The only thing remotely warm when we got home (5 minutes away) were the fries.
Why can't Burger King WAIT til their customers actually ORDER the food to make it? I stopped going to McDonald's because THEY do that. Does BK care for customer satisfaction so little that they make their food ahead of time, slap a wrapper on it when it's ordered and rush off to the next customer in line?
BK used to be my favorite place to go to get a hot, delicious, flame-grilled burger & absolutely divine, perfectly salted french fries, straight out of the fryer. Today, I got cold chicken nuggets, burgers and tepid fries.
The employees however, were really great. They got the order correct, had a smile to greet me and said "thank you". The young man who took my order actually asked me how my day was going. They're the reason you got 3 stars instead of 2.
Please, BK, put a little more love into preparing your customer's orders. Trust me, they will be willing to wait an extra few minutes for...
