Unfortunately, this morning I went in to drop off some jewelry to be cleaned, which went fine, but then I asked a question simply to further investigate regarding a separate purchase on another location and the young lady that was trying to assist me could have been a little bit more nicer in my opinion. She said, even if I had found the original receipt, I don’t believe I would’ve been able to do any question the return/purchase that I was looking to do. My feedback is to make sure that all employees regardless of any situation you should definitely try to be a little bit more empathetic because you do not know what somebody is going through in that moment. Annette was so cheerful and helped me find a new bracelet that I liked and even some more charms to go with the ones I brought in. Gracie soldered my bracelet for me and even brought it back out for me to try on to make sure she got the direction of the charms the way I wanted.
