Burger King — Restaurant in Texas

Staff are complete morons, (especially weird chubby hispanic woman that makes breakfast on the weekends who stares blankly at you like you're crazy, and seems to be pissy that she has to make food/work... Sincerely afraid she was gonna spit on my food or something, and as freaky as I am, that's not something I want from her little mustache having self...)

I'm sincerely afraid to go back because I think chick (who was up there today, looking like she was getting free food) is gonna poison me or something... (And its dumb they charge for water after buying food... Understandable to charge for water itself, to keep homeless people from thinking its a free watering hole, but its customary that water is usually free when ordering food at any "restaurant")

TV stations good (college football saturday, gospel sunday🙏🏻🙏🏻) cool convos with old timers who seem to be regulars there, but from the looks of these reviews, many people get the same impression I do... Staff makes me want to stay away... Either gotta hire better or train better...

Sincerely scared my food will get, or has been tainted with, and I don't want to risk it, so I'll generally skip past or go to another BK even though this one is the closest to me... Honestly an annoyance when all the workers have to do be normal and have basic manners, but can barely manage that...

Good little location in a good little neighborhood... Would be great to have it as a staple, but as it stands, the vibe from staff kind of ruins it... Just thought the owner would want to know (if he's curious why sales are slumping, and/or why there are so many negative reviews...) I'm like 1000% sure little highschool kids could run this whole store better, and I think you might wanna give that a chance 👌🏻👌🏻

Where to start....I never write reviews, especially not bad ones but this is necessary. First I had to wait in the drive thru line longer than anyone should ever have to wait in a drive thru line. I figured maybe they were understaffed but when I got to the window I saw at least 5 employees in there. Some just standing around. When I finally got my food, they had forgotten part of my order. I told the "lady" at the window and she so rudely gave me what was missing. This part is partially my fault for not checking the actual food at the window, but they didn't get a single thing right. The large double whopper meal was a small regular whopper meal, i asked for onion rings instead of fries but of course got fries, the sweet teas were anything but sweet, my whopper with cheese, no tomato or onion, most definitely had tomato and onion....I understand I might sound like I'm whining but when their service is THAT slow there's no excuse to get an entire order wrong. People expect to get and should get what they pay for. Plus, not a single employee had any manners. They can't have bad service and no manners...at least have 1 or the other. It took everything in me not to go off on the sorry excuse for an employee at the window. I urge anyone who reads this to find another burger king. This one isn't worth the headache. From now on I'll be driving the extra distance to go to the one across from spring high school, if I go to burger King again...

My oh my, I thought I had been to some bad burger kings. This one takes the cake for sure. Placed 2 mobile orders, showed up to pick them up... that's where we had over stepped apparently. There was so much rudeness being yelled out of the speaker box, it took us 5 times trying to get a word in edge wise, that we had already ordered and paid for our food. There was apparently some drama happening over the shift change. We were told that they were closed at this time, due to "the shift change" The story we got from the lady, after she said 20 times in a row "I'm on my mic" was, that "they don't have any mobile orders. pull around front to a spot, and wait" We did not do what she said, and instead waited at the window. About 5 minutes later, a girl came, opened the window about 3 inches. She came to tell us that "we don't have any food in the building, because we're waiting on a truck." Once we pulled around the building to leave, with no food... there were 5 people leaning on the hood of a car, laughing and having a small party of sorts. So I'd like to tell you about the food, but I'll never get...
