So I went in for lunch the other day I noticed the cook was handling the raw meat with no gloves. 🤔 I asked the girl who took my order isn't she supposed to have gloves on she stated she didn't know. I privately messaged the owner asking why she didn't have gloves on only for her to basically called me a lier and said she was in the kitchen and the cooks had gloves on. 🤔 then proceeded to ask what cook ? I told her she could ask the girl at the register, I told the owner I should have took pictures of it and then she didn't have any reply after that . This little place is close to my Dad’s house and braves about their BEEF TIPS With gravy. This is my 2nd time here. Both times the food is amazing. Freshly, prepared home cooked Southern Food. Came from League City to eat there. Our order was the large catfish plate so we could share & SAVE money. Two meals would have been wasteful and cost. The catfish was great, the six tiny onion rings were way overcooked. However, we were charged extra just for one extra plate that was wet when it was brought to us and one fork, is ridiculous.
