Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Texas

I’d like to start off with that I’ve been to this location many times. Just about twice a week, due to my fitness goals and convenience. They’ve messed up my order with minor issues (forgot sour cream, salsas, stuff like that). No biggie, I’m a reasonable person. But last night, I ordered the guajillo steak (spelling?) and chicken bowl. Which I’ve gotten many times since they rolled out the steak. I was raving to my boyfriend about how tender it was, not realizing it was almost completely raw until I had to cut one of the bigger pieces. It truly looks like they set it on the grill for a couple seconds to get some color. Mind you, I eat medium rare steak. I’m okay with that. But what’s not okay is throwing my guts up the very next day over food poisoning. I immediately spit it out once I realized it was raw, but it was obviously too late. It’s impossible to call the store to get this resolved. I’ve been eating chipotle since they opened the location over in The Woodlands years ago, but this is always my go-to since it’s closer to my house. I was there the first day this location was open to the public, and I’m absolutely disgusted. Shame on all of you for serving undercooked meat. To finish things off, I work with food every single day. I fake a smile at least 50 times a day. Your employees always look miserable and like they don’t want to be there. Update: my review was responded to and many changes were made at this Chipotle. It is now great, the only Chipotle in the area that we will go to as they’re all going downhill. This place has friendly staff and is very clean.

This place is terribly managed. I’ve never had a good experience here but I love chipotle so I keep coming back because this is the only one close. However, after today I won’t ever go back. First of all, they always have a line out the door and never enough staff working, only one person working the line and it takes forever. Next, they never have salad dressing! Why won’t you bother mentioning that when I order salad? They wait until you ask for it at the register to tell you. Well, I don’t want salad without dressing! Furthermore, they are ALWAYS out of ice and almost always out of Diet Coke. The restaurant is also FREEZING! Don’t even bother asking them to fix any of these issues because they won’t. The restaurant is also disgusting! Again, never enough staff working so no one to clean up but the worst part is, nobody is apologetic or even cares that customers are bothered. They just tell you “no” if you ask for anything. It’s just unacceptable. I rarely write reviews unless it's really good or really bad. This Chipotle is continuously bad. I really enjoy Chipotle typically but this location is always out or "out" of numerous items i.e. meat/s, corn, cheese etc. no where near closing time. If it is within thirty minutes of closing, I would understand (although I disagree, you should have all options available until close...) however this happens continuously hours before closing during prime dinner time. It is either poor management that lacks the logistical expertise or it is the staff completely underperforming their job duties. Either way, it is really frustrating and disappointing here every single time. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently at the counter but that is literally the only positive thing I have to say about this establishment. The food quality was and continues to be poor compared to any other Chipotle. The meat was lukewarm at best, fresh ingredients appear to be old at times and this most recent visit the chips were completely stale and queso was lukewarm. I hope management makes some changes sooner that later. There are a bunch of recent poor reviews and its certainly not the Chipotle way. If a friend wanted to go get Chipotle, I would recommend driving to the other two Woodlands locations or the new Conroe location every time until...
