Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Place!
I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience during my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, I found the quality of the food to be deeply unsatisfactory. The Chicken 65 Biryani and Gobi 65 were excessively laden with artificial colors, making the meals appear more like a chemistry experiment than something edible. This overuse of artificial color and sweeteners is not only off-putting but also concerning, as it seems to exceed the standards allowed by the FDA.
When I reached out to inquire about this matter, looking for some explanation, I was met with rudeness from the chef. My questions regarding whether the use of so much color was a mistake or if it was part of a new recipe were brushed off, and I was told, "It's my wish, and I'll cook like this," before the call was abruptly disconnected.
This experience leaves me wondering how to manage expectations for future visits, especially with a claim of a “new chef” now in charge. It raises serious concerns about consistency in the quality of your cooking.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend your establishment to those who prioritize good, authentic food, and it’s clear that there is a lack of concern for quality and customer...
Read moreWe were planning to go to our favorite Pakistani restaurant again when my better half suggested we should try this new place out which is much closer. Needless to say, it was a great decision. We ordered the following- Appetizers- Chicken Tikka Goat fry Main Course- Chicken Tikka masala Malai Kofta Chicken Dum Biryani Desert- Kurbani ka Metha ( owner offered for free) Here is my honest feedback.
We got the appetizer chicken tikka 10 mins after they served the main course, which I can ignore as the owner came and apologized for it. I have growing boys and did not have a lot of time so ordered everything at the same time. If you are in for a relaxed dinner or night out, order appetizers first and then order the main course. Other than the timing of the serving, everything tasted amazing. The curry's were awesome, the grill was on point and the biryani is the best I have had. I hope this place get's the good rap that it deserves and stays open for...
Read moreOrdered from Uber Eats, so this is not a review for dine-in experience. Was close to the house so that delivery was quite quick. Also, this was a late 9:30 pm order on a Sunday, so that may have had an effect on the quality.
Palak Paneer- 4/5 Quite nice. Paneer needed more salt to enter it. Overall needed salt. Dal Makhni - 4/5. Not bad. Definitely not the best I have had, but perhaps not the worst either Rice - 4/5 Not bad Butter Naan - 1/5 Pretty much the worst naan of my life. I cannot even call this thick doughy, hard to tear, harder to chew piece of thawed bread naan. And where was the butter?
Anyone ordering on Uber Eats should know that the entrees come with rice and Any bread you add to the order will be on top of side of the rice. We ended up having too much rice because we thought the bread up charge was in place of rice not on top of it. Not a big deal.
Certainly not a rave review but willing to give this...
